Abstract
This survey research aims to study the relationship between Psychological Capital and Leadership in High School students at Samsenwittayalai School, academic year 2013, for 345 people. The research uses three questionnaires: Personal Information Questions, Thai Psychological Capital Inventories, and the Leadership Questionnaire. The study showed that Psychological Capital has general positive effects on Leadership at a medium level with statistical significance at 0.01. Also, the confidence in Self-Efficacy factor is the only variable which was able to predict Leadership in the sample at 28.8%, yield a correlation coefficient of 0.537 and predict a standard deviation of ± 0.465. The recommendation for further study is to take into account the Psychosocial factor to demonstrate other factors which affect Leadership. This research suggests a method for developing Leadership in teenagers using Confidence in Self-Efficacy.
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยากับภาวะผู้นำในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนสามเสนวิทยาลัย ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 345 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 3 ชุด ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาสำหรับคนไทย และ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะผู้นำ ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .01 และปัจจัยความเชื่อมันในความสามารถของตนเองตามศักยภาพที่มีอยู่เป็นตัวแปรเดียวที่สามารถทำนายภาวะผู้นำของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ร้อยละ 28.8 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เป็น 0.537 ความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการทำนายเท่ากับ ± 0.465 ข้อเสนอแนะในการศึกษาครั้งต่อไป ควรนำปัจจัยจิตสังคมมาทำการศึกษาร่วนด้วยเพื่อหาปัจจัยอื่นที่มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะผู้นำ และจากการศึกษานี้นำมาซึ่งแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในวัยรุ่นโดยใช้ความเชื่อมันในความสามารถของตนเองตามศักภภาพที่มีอยู่ (Self-Efficacy)
