Abstract
The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical analysis of and performance guide for La Bella Capricciosa, Op. 55 by Johann Nepomuk Hummel. This research also aims at guiding performers to play the piece with more understanding of the historical context, theoretical analysis, and performance practice. It analyzes melodic and harmonic elements of the piece in detail. Performance suggestions and critical remarks are based on Hummel's treatise, A Complete Theoretical and Practical Course of Instructions, on the Art of Playing the Piano Forte, other modern resources such as Performance Practices in Classic Piano Music by Sandra P. Rosenblum, and the author's personal experience with the piece.
งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อนำเสนอบทวิเคราะห์และแนวทางการแสดงของเพลง La Bella Capricciosa, Op. 55 ประพันธ์โดย โยฮันน์ เนโพมุก ฮุมเมล จุดมุ่งหมายของงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้คือ แนะแนวทางให้นักแสดงเปี ยโนได้แสดงผลงานชิ้นนี้ด้วยความเข้าใจในบริบททางประวัติศาสตร์ การวิเคราะห์ในเชิงทฤษฎี และการแสดงตามแบบแผนปฏิบัติของบทเพลงนี้ งานวิจัยมีการศึกษาถึง ตัวทำนองและเสียงประสานอย่างละเอียด และในส่วนของการให้ข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการแสดงตามแบบแผนปฏิบัตินั้น ผู้เขียนได้อ้างอิงถึงข้อมูลจากตำราที่ฮุมเมลได้เขียนขึ้นมาเอง ซึ่งก็คือ A Complete Theoretical and Practical Course of Instructions, on the Art of Playing the Piano Forte และจากตำราที่มีในปัจจุบัน เช่น Performance Practices in Classic Piano Music เขียนโดย ซานดรา โรเซนบลัม และสุดท้ายจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้เขียนที่มีต่อเพลงนี้
