แนวทางการจัดตารางการฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิต สำหรับโรงเรียนปราจีนกัลยาณี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง "แนวทางการจัดตารางการฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิตสาหรับโรงเรียนปราจีนกัลยาณี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี" เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดตาราง การฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิตของกลุ่มโรงเรียนตัวอย่าง และนาเสนอแนวทางการจัดตารางการฝึกซ้อม วงโยธวาทิตสาหรับโรงเรียนปราจีนกัลยาณี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โรงเรียนตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงได้แก่ โรงเรียนมารีวิทยาปราจีนบุรี และโรงเรียนปราจิณราษฎรอารุง โดยทาการสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้ควบคุมวง นักเรียนหัวหน้ากลุ่มเครื่องดนตรี และการสังเกตการฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิต เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างสาหรับครูรายบุคคล สาหรับนักเรียนเป็นรายกลุ่มและแบบสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทาการกาหนดประเด็นที่ต้องการทาการศึกษา ดังนี้ (1) การจัดตารางการฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิตในช่วงเปิดภาคเรียน (2) เนื้อหาและแบบฝึกหัดที่ใช้ในการฝึกซ้อม (3) ปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในการฝึกซ้อม จากการศึกษา พบว่า โรงเรียนที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกทั้งสองโรงเรียนทาการฝึกซ้อมในลักษณะคล้ายกัน เช่น การใช้เวลาเพื่อฝึกซ้อมเทคนิคเฉพาะของเครื่องดนตรี การฝึกซ้อมบทเพลงในหลากหลายรูปแบบ และการเลือกใช้แบบฝึกหัดสาหรับวงโยธวาทิต แนวทางการจัดตารางการฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิตในช่วงเปิดภาคเรียนสาหรับโรงเรียนเป้าหมายได้รับการพัฒนาโดยยึดตามผลสัมฤทธิ์ของกลุ่มโรงเรียนตัวอย่างและบริบทของโรงเรียนเป้าหมาย

This research employed a qualitative approach to study the marching band practice schedule of two selected schools in Prachinburi province, and to create guidelines in scheduling marching band practice for Prachinkallayanee School. In order to reach the aims, Marywitthaya Prachinburi School and Prachinratsadorn-amroong School were purposefully selected for the study. Data were collected through interviews with an instructor and student leaders of each school band, and non-participatory observation was conducted in the selected schools' marching band practice. Research tools in the form of semi-structured interview question guide and observational checklist were adapted from previous studies, focusing on (1) allocation of time for band practice during school semester, (2) music content and exercises, and (3) trouble shooting of encountered problems. The findings show the two selected school resemble each other in many aspects, for examples, using practice time to develop a specific instrumental technique, practicing a range of performance repertoire, and selection of music exercise books for the band. Daily marching band practice guidelines were developed for the target school based on the achievement of the school samples and the context of the target school
