Abstract
Flipstepfootwear Co., Ltd. has been established since the year of 2012. It is a family business that deals in flip-flops made out of pure rubber and offers a variety of product designs for men and women. Rubber flip-flops give some special qualities to the product that benefit the consumers in many ways. The company's flip-flops are eco-friendly, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, slip-resistant, comfortable, durable and also washable. The straps used in our product are made out of PVC and rubber. PVC strap gives glossy and shiny look on the rubber sole. Our company sells our product in bulk quantities which are exported in many countries such as Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Germany and more. This research paper is to help us find a good location where the shop should be opened to provide us with ideas to promote our product in Bangkok in order to bring out brand awareness. The purpose of the research is to find consumer's behavior on purchasing flip-flops and convenient location. The total population of Thailand is approximately 8.3 million. Therefore, the sample size is chosen based on sample size calculation which are 384 respondents. We used quantitative approach and collected the data by using Google form. All the information was gathered and calculated by SPSS program. The results showed that consumers prefer online shopping the most followed by physical store shopping in shopping malls. The research helped us understand that it is essential to use ecommerce marketing and also important to set up physical store.
