Abstract
Thailand is currently growing in e-commerce businesses, and it has become very popular. Therefore, each business must choose the right digital marketing strategy to achieve its business goals. In addition, it is a channel that creates opportunities for business operators of SMEs. With the upcoming marketing trends, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and marketers should pay attention to preparing for change. Therefore, if a business is known to use the right marketing tools, it will be able to find specific information about each type of target customer and better understand its customers. However, investing in customer data platforms requires a relatively high investment budget. This research aimed to study a designed graphical user interface using the structure of customer data platforms for SMEs, including a case study on the "A Little Wood" brand. The study was conducted by analyzing the interface patterns on customer data management platforms. The study used the concepts of E-commerce, Omnichannel Marketing, Precision Marketing, Customer Data Platforms, Customer Relationship Marketing, Data Management Platform, and Digital Platform. Data collection for this study was done using usability testing from samples from a specific population group of Thai SMEs, a marketer, a user interface expert, and a customer data platform expert. By testing the usability of the graphical user interface design under various problems and requirements, the sample was then asked to complete a satisfaction assessment of the designed graphical user interface. According to the research results, the data analysis from the satisfaction assessment form with the use of the graphical user interface was identified to achieve the goals. The overall satisfaction level was determined by using the graphical user interface and the graphical user interface for features and functionality to be agreeable to the opinions of the respondents. After receiving reviews from the experts in each field, they would use this existing knowledge to decide to use customer data platform software. Implication of the Thematic Paper: This research can allow SMEs to better understand the structure of the customer data platform for managing customer data. Furthermore, it assists SMEs and marketers in applying this research to understand the concept of customer data platform and take advantage of Graphical User Interface to bring benefits to Thai SMEs and entrepreneurs investing in digital platforms.
ประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันมีการเติบโตของธุรกิจอีคอมเมิร์ซและได้รับความนิยมอย่างมาก จึงทำให้แต่ละธุรกิจต้องเลือกใช้กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้ธุรกิจบรรลุเป้าหมาย นอกจากนั้นเป็นช่องทางที่สร้างโอกาสสำหรับผู้ประกอบธุรกิจของกลุ่มลูกค้า SMEs โดยเทรนด์การตลาดที่กำลังจะมาถึง ผู้ประกอบการกลุ่มเจ้าของธุรกิจ SMEs และนักการตลาดควรตระหนักและให้ความสำคัญกับการเตรียมตัวเพื่อรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง ดังนั้นหากธุรกิจรู้จักใช้เครื่องมือการตลาดที่เหมาะสมจะสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลที่เฉพาะเจาะจงของกลุ่มเป้าหมายลูกค้าแต่ละประเภทและเพื่อเข้าใจลูกค้ามากขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม การลงทุนด้านแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า (Customer Data Platforms) จำเป็นต้องใช้งบประมาณในการลงทุนที่ค่อนข้างสูง งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการออกแบบ Graphical User Interface โดยนำโครงสร้างแพลตฟอร์มจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า (Customer Data Platforms) สำหรับธุรกิจกลุ่ม SMEs กรณีศึกษา "อะลิตเติ้ลวูดแบรนด์" โดยได้ทำการศึกษาจากการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบอินเตอร์เฟสบนเว็บไซต์แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าขนาดใหญ่ โดยใช้พื้นฐานทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องบริบทด้านการพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือ E-commerce ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องกลยุทธ์การตลาด หรือ Omnichannel Marketing ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องการตลาดแบบเจาะจง หรือ Precision Marketing ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องแพลตฟอร์มจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า หรือ Customer Data Platforms ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องการตลาดเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า หรือ Customer Relationship Marketing ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องแพลตฟอร์มการจัดการข้อมูล หรือ Data Management Platform ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดเรื่องดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม หรือ Digital Platform โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสำรวจของกลุ่ม SMEs ในประเทศไทย นักการตลาด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน User Interface และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า โดยทดสอบการใช้งานจากการออกแบบ Graphical User Interface ภายใต้โจทย์และข้อกำหนดต่าง ๆ จากนั้นให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับอินเตอร์เฟสที่ออกแบบ จากผลการวิจัยพบว่ามีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยใช้อินเทอร์เฟซจากผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย ระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมถูกกำหนดจากอินเทอร์เฟซผู้ใช้แบบกราฟิกสำหรับคุณลักษณะและฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่สอดคล้องกับความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม หลังจากได้รับการวิจารณ์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญแล้ว พวกเขาสรุปได้ว่าความรู้แนวความคิดเรื่องแพลตฟอร์มจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าที่มีอยู่นี้ ช่วยในการตัดสินใจใช้ซอฟต์แวร์แพลตฟอร์มข้อมูลลูกค้า
