การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตซอลในเอไอเอสฟุตซอลไทยลีก 2017 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตซอลในเอไอเอสฟุตซอลไทยลีก 2017 ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักทั้ง 3 กลุ่มประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้บริหาร ผู้ควบคุมทีม และนักกีฬา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเพื่อสอบถามคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตซอล ในเอไอเอสฟุตซอลไทยลีก 2017 จำนวน 196 คน ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์หาค่าจำนวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า "ที" ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตซอล ในเอไอเอสฟุตซอลไทยลีก 2017 สามารถสรุปออกมาเป็น 7 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านความรู้ความสามารถในกีฬาฟุตซอล ความเป็นมืออาชีพ ความเป็นผู้นำความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา บุคลิกภาพ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านการสื่อสาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนผลการวิจัยคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ทุกด้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตซอล ในเอไอเอส ฟุตซอลไทยลีก 2017 พบว่า คุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ฝึกสอนฟุตซอลทุกด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัย : สมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ควรมีการจัดการอบรมผู้ฝึกสอนในขั้นพื้นฐานมากขึ้น และในขั้นสูงให้มีความต่อเนื่องกันไป ทุกสโมสรควรมีกฎข้อบังคับที่ชัดเจน และ บังคับใช้จริงเพื่อยกระดับความเป็นมืออาชีพให้กับผู้ฝึกสอน รวมไปถึงบุคลากรอื่นๆ ของสโมสร อีกทั้งมีการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อื่นๆ ภายในสโมสร และมีการจัดสัมมนาร่วมกับสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ โดยเชิญทั้งผู้บริหาร ผู้ฝึกสอน เจ้าหน้าที่ นักกีฬา ผู้ตัดสิน ฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขันเพื่อสร้างทัศนคติไปในทิศทางเดียวกันบ่อยๆ
The objectives of this research were to study and compare the realistic and expected characteristics of futsal coach in AIS Futsal Thai league 2017. This research used a mixed methods research. Qualitative data were collected using in depth interviews with 3 groups: management group, staff coach group, and athlete group. In quantitative research, the sample consisted of 196 people, and data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Descriptive statistics-Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and t-test. The research results can be summarized as follows 1. The study showed 7 characteristics of Futsal coach in AIS Futsal Thai league 2017, including the Futsal knowledge, professionalism, leadership, sport Science knowledge, personality, human relations and communication. The realistic characteristics were at a high level, and the expected characteristics were at a very high level. 2. The results of between realistic and the expected Characteristics of Futsal coach in AIS Futsal Thai league 2017 were statistically significantly different at .05 level. Recommendations are that the football association of Thailand under patronage of his majesty the king (FAT) organize the basic training course for the coach more often and have the advance training course for the coach. The club must have the serious rule for developing the coach's professionalism. The team staff also should organize other activities for teamwork building in the club, have the seminar between the club in Thai league and FAT more often, and invite manger, coach, staff, player, referee and league competition staff for building the attitude in the same direction.
