dc.description.abstractIn the age of economic regression, Thailand household debt ratio keeps increasing over the years and one of the major root cause is the lack of long term financial plan. To mitigate the risk of financial problem in the scope of business sector, Young investor as the investing application for young generation is emerged according to such motivation, aims to create better financial behavior and to encourage Thai people to achieve sustainable financial goal since their young age. The current research was carried out to investigate by exploring the potential to create Young Investor application as a new acquisition channel for young generation who interested in investment by studying their financial management behavior, explore young generation interest on using investing mobile application as well as getting feedback on mobile application's customer journey throughout the prototype. This qualitative research study was conducted on 15 participants who are young generation with strong financial background age between 20 - 35 years old who interested in wealth management but lack of knowledge. The studied group will be divided in two categories group A as the Fresh graduated from international program with the combination of finance and diverse study back grounds. The same concept is applied towards group B who are the first jobber in leading company. The findings are of great importance to know target customer's behavior from their financial management to mobile application's usage. As a result, Young Investor can cultivate all those finding to develop application's values in order to achieve customer's preference and expectation as our ultimate goal.
