Abstract
This study is a survey research which is aimed to: 1. study the opinions of workplace administrators in Bangkok concerning employment of persons with disabilities, 2. study relationship of opinions of workplace administrators according their characteristics, 3. study the difference of mean score of their opinions according to their characteristics. The population of this study consists of 214 workplace administrators in Bangkok which were registered as public companies. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study found that mean score of the opinions of the workplace administrators was 3.67, which was ranked as high level. This means the workplace administrators have good opinions in employing persons with disabilities. General opinions and categorized opinions have relationship in the same direction except the general and categorized opinions about laws related to employment of persons with disabilities that have relationship in the opposite direction. The dependent variables that affect the opinions of the workplace administrators are educational level, having disabled employees or not, experiences related to persons with disabilities, knowing laws related to employment of persons with disabilities or not. The opinions of the workplace administrators according these variables are different with statistical significance of 0.05. According to the study, the persons who have authority in recruiting the employees should be provided information about the employment of persons with disabilities so that they have better understanding and attitudes toward persons with disabilities and are willing to employ more persons with disabilities.;
