ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยภายหลังได้รับการใส่ขดลวดค้ำยันหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง คุณภาพชีวิต และ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมในการดูแลตนเอง กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยภายหลังได้รับการใส่ขดลวดค้ำยันหลอดเลือดหัวใจ โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดการดูแลตนเองตามทฤษฎีการพยาบาลของโอเร็ม เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 74 ราย เป็น ผู้ป่วยภายหลังได้รับการใส่ขดลวดค้ำยันหลอดเลือดหัวใจครั้งแรก ที่มารับการตรวจแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกโรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลมหาราช จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยภายหลังได้รับการใส่ขดลวดค้ำยันหลอดเลือดหัวใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิง พรรณนา สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตและพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี รายได้ ระยะเวลาการใส่ขดลวดค้ำยันหลอดเลือดหัวใจ พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .240, .358, .286 ตามลำดับ p<.05) แต่พบว่าอายุ และจำนวนโรคร่วม ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (p>.05) การศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการดูแลตนเองและคุณภาพชีวิตให้กับ ผู้ป่วยภายหลังใส่ขดลวดค้ำยันหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

The objectives of this descriptive research were to study self-care behaviors and quality of life among patients after coronary stent implantation, and to study the relationship between basic conditioning factors, self-care behaviors, and quality of life among such patients. This study was based on Orem's theory of self-care. The sample was selected based on a purposive sampling method. They consisted of 74 patients after coronary stent implantation attending the cardiology outpatient department at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital. The research instruments consisted of three questionnaires, including general information, quality of life, and self-care behaviors of patients after coronary stent implantation. Data were analysed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and Spearman rank correlation. The results showed that, overall, the sample had good quality of life and self-care behaviors. Income, duration of receiving a coronary stent, and self-care behaviors had a significantly positive correlation to quality of life (r = .240, .358, .286, respectively, p<.05). Age and number of co-morbidities did not have a significant correlation with quality of life (p>.05). The findings can be used as a basic reference to develop self-care among patients after coronary stent implantation.
