การพัฒนาการจัดการเวชสารสนเทศผู้ป่วยเด็ก ศูนย์การแพทย์ปัญญานันทภิกขุ ชลประทาน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา ความต้องการ และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการเวชสารสนเทศผู้ป่วยเด็กที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเวชระเบียนในกระบวนการรับบริการ การดำเนินการด้านข้อมูลเวชสถิติ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการบริหารจัดการเพื่อการดำเนินการด้านข้อมูลและการบริการของผู้ป่วยเด็ก โดยศึกษากับบุคลากรด้านเวชระเบียนและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับหน่วยกุมารเวชกรรม แพทย์ พยาบาล และสหวิชาชีพด้านการแพทย์ที่ปฏิบัติงานที่ศูนย์การแพทย์ปัญญานันทภิกขุชลประทาน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 91 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและใช้วิธีสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญซึ่งเป็นหัวหน้างานหรือผู้แทนด้านเวชระเบียน เวชสถิติ และเวชสารสนเทศ จำนวน 10 คน ศูนย์การแพทย์ปัญญานันทภิกขุชลประทาน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข้อมูล จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาการจัดการเวชสารสนเทศผู้ป่วยเด็กโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาพบว่า ปัญหาด้านการดำเนินการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีค่าสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการเพื่อการดำเนินการด้านข้อมูลและการบริการ ด้านข้อมูลเวชสถิติ และด้านเวชระเบียนในกระบวนการรับบริการ ตามลำดับ ส่วนผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความต้องการพบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการเพื่อการดำเนินการด้านข้อมูลและการบริการสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือความต้องการด้านข้อมูลเวชสถิติ และความต้องการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและด้านเวชระเบียนในกระบวนการรับบริการ ตามลำดับ ส่วนแนวทางที่สำคัญจากการศึกษาคือ การพัฒนาด้านอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การพัฒนาจัดหาซอฟต์แวร์ การจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศในการปฏิบัติงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

This research aims to study the problems, needs, and directions for the development in managing pediatric patients’ medical information related to medical records in the service process. The operation of information medicine, statistics, information technology, and management for information and service operations of pediatric patients was studied by investigating medical record personnel and those involved in pediatrics, such as doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary medical professionals working at Panyananda Bhikkhu Chonprathan Medical Center, Srinakharinwirot University. The data were gathered from 91 people by questionnaire and through interviewing key informants who are supervisors or representatives of medical records, statistics, and informatics, totaling 10 persons from Panyananda Bhikkhu Chonprathan Medical Center, Srinakharinwirot University. The statistics used were mean, percentage, and standard deviation for content data analysis. The results showed that the levels of problems and development needs in pediatric patient medical information management, overall in all aspects, were at a high level. Regarding the problems, it was found that operational problems in information technology had the highest value, followed by management problems for information and service operations, and information medicine, statistics, and medical records in the service process, respectively. As for the results on the needs, it showed that the management for data processing and service was the highest, followed by the demand for statistical data, information technology, and medical record requirements in the process of receiving services, respectively. The important guidelines from the study are the development of information technology equipment, software development, effective management of information in operations, and supporting the capacity development of the personnel concerned to enable them to work effectively.
