การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ วิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคลากร นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยฯ และ ผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ในด้านต่าง ๆ ของเว็บไซต์ทางการของวิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ผลการศึกษาอาจชี้แนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ของวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยฯ และ ผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ของ วิทยาลัยฯ รวม 125 คน โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย สถิติบรรยายเพื่ออธิบายข้อมูลของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง (ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำค่าที่ได้ไปใช้วิจัย) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ในการ ทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรและสมมติฐานการวิจัยโดยใช้ t-test และ One Way ANOVA จากจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยทั้งหมด พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเลือกระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดในด้านการ ให้บริการด้านต่าง ๆ ( x = 4.12), ด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศและข่าวสารจำนวน ( x = 4.11) , ด้านการ ออกแบบเว็บไซต์ ( x = 4.08) และ ด้านระบบการทำงาน ความสะดวกและง่ายต่อการใช้งานของเว็บไซต์ ( x = 4.07) ตามลำดับ ดังนั้น ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยพึงพอใจมากที่สุดด้านการให้บริการ รองลงไป คือ ด้านเนื้อหา สารสนเทศและข่าวสาร ด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์และอันดับสุดท้ายคือ ด้านระบบการทำงาน ความสะดวก และง่ายต่อการใช้งานของเว็บไซต์ การศึกษาความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์อาจสะท้อนถึงความต้องการและความคาดหวังของ ผู้ใช้งาน โดยชี้แนะลำดับการพัฒนา ได้แก่ ด้านระบบการทำงาน ความสะดวกและง่ายต่อการใช้งานของ เว็บไซต์ ด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ ด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศและข่าวสารและด้านการให้บริการด้านต่าง ๆ ใน เว็บไซต์

The study focuses on user satisfaction from staff, students, and website visitors with the website of the College of Sports Science and Technology. The study results may imply quality development for the website. Total study participants were 125 staff, students, and website visitors. The following types of statistics were utilized in the data research: 1. Descriptive statistics to explain the sample data (percent, mean, standard deviation) and then utilize the results for study. 2. Statistical inference (t-test and one-way ANOVA) is used to examine the association between the variables and the study hypothesis. The research results were as follows: The services of the website had the highest average in this aspect (mean = 4.12). The content and information website, which had a satisfaction score (mean = 4.11) The website design, which had a satisfaction score of 4.08, and the functionality of the website, which had a satisfaction score of 4.07, respectively, Therefore, the participants were most satisfied with the service of the web site, followed by the content and information, the website design, and the functionality. The website's study satisfaction may represent the needs and expectations of users. By suggesting the order of development, including the functionality, the website design, the content and information of the website, and the services of the website.
