การพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสารภายในฝ่ายเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการจากการใช้งานการสื่อสารภายในฝ่ ายเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟูระบบเดิม เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสารภายในฝ่ายเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟูและประเมินความพึงพอใจหลังการพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสารแบบใหม่เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กระดาษและปากกาสําหรับจดบันทึกระบบจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และแบบประเมินความพึง พอใจพัฒนามาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งมีวิธีการดําเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น ๒ ระยะ คือระยะที่ ๑ ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการจากการสื่อสารภายในฝ่ายเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู โดยการสัมภาษณ์และประชุมกลุ่ม พบปัญหาคือกลุ่มตัวอย่างทราบข้อมูลเอกสารล่าช้าไม่มีเวลาอ่านบอร์ดประกาศเอกสารสูญหายและสิ้นเปลืองทรัพยากร จึงได้นําปัญหาดังกล่าวมาพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสารใหม่ระยะที่ ๒ และประเมินความพึงพอใจด้วยการนําระบบจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เข้ามาใช้และทําการประเมินความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งพบว่ากลุ่มประชากรมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมในระดับ มาก – มากที่สุด เว้นประเด็นการส่งจดหมายผิดพลาดเนื้อหาไม่เกี่ยวข้องต่อผู้รับมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง และจากข้อคําถามปลายเปิดพบว่าระบบการสื่อสารใหม่ภายในฝ่ายเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟูโดยใช้จดหมาย อิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้เป็นระบบที่ดี เนื่องจากปัจจุบันบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่มีอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยสามารถเปิดดูข้อมูลและจัดเก็บได้เอกสารไม่สูญหาย รวมทั้งยังเป็นการประหยัดทรัพยากรอีกด้วย
