กิจกรรมโครงงานและทักษะชีวิตของเด็กมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์แห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

การจัดการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบกิจกรรมโครงงาน เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่จะช่วยพัฒนาผู้เรียน ทั้งด้านความรู้และทักษะชีวิต ซึ่งมีความสำคัญต่อพัฒนาการด้านต่าง ๆ ของมนุษย์ด้วย การศึกษา วิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed-method Research) แบบสามเส้า (Triangulation design) นี้ ใช้การวิจัยทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมโครงงานและทักษะชีวิตของเด็กมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายของโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์แห่งหนึ่ง เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ปี การศึกษา 2559 แบบเจาะจง จำนวน 25 คน โดยใช้แบบวัดทักษะชีวิตสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน จากการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ค่าเฉลี่ย คะแนนทักษะชีวิตนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายทั้งชายและนักเรียนหญิงไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 2) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนทั้งสามระดับชั้นไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนสูงทั้ง 4 ด้าน ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริหารโรงเรียน / ครูที่ปรึกษา / ครูผู้สอน รวม 8 คน สรุปได้ว่า กิจกรรมโครงงานช่วยพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตในด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ ตัดสินใจ และแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้เกิดทักษะชีวิต คือ สัมพันธภาพระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน

Learning management in project-based learning outcomes is one of the methods, which helps a learner develop knowledge and life skills. These outcomes are important to human development of all aspects. Triangulation design was applied for mix-method research. Qualitative and quantitative research were designed to study project-based learning outcomes and life skills of high school students in the welfare education school. For quantitative data, 25 high school students in academic year 2016 were selected using purposive sampling, and were given life skills test for high school students which had four parts: self-awareness and values development, analysis thinking, decision making and creative problem solving, stress and emotion management, and relationship development. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Results showed 1) there were no significant differences between mean scores of life skills for both males and females high school students (p>0.05), 2) mean scores of life skills test grades of all high school students were not significantly different (p>0.05), and 3) mean scores of life skills in four parts of the test are high. For qualitative data, eight persons (educational institution administrators, advisors, and instructors) were interviewed by in - depth interview. In conclusion, project - based learning was able to develop life skills in term of analysis thinking, decision making, and creative problem solving. Factor affecting life skills was relationship between instructors and students.
