The management system of equipment information a case study : The Educational Section, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University

Abstract

As there is a large amount of equipment information in the educational section of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, the database search method should be simplified. It should be accessed via the section's intranet. An information management system was developed to store the educational section's equipment information in a modern electronic database. This also helped save time and improved the workflow of the sections in charge. Such a system was developed with the ASP.NET program running on the Microsoft Windows 2000 Server Operation System and Microsoft SQL Server database management system. The research sample group consisted of 30 educational section officers of Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. The sample group's satisfaction of the equipment information system was evaluated with an online questionnaire. The questionnaire had of five levels of satisfaction. The assessment of satisfaction in the equipment information system: A case study of the educational section, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University resulted in a high level of satisfaction. It can be concluded that the developed equipment information system via the intranet network was practical and satisfactorily met the users' requirements

ข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ของฝ่ายการศึกษา มีปริมาณมาก ทั้งด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การค้นหาการ บริหารจัดการข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้อยู่ในลักษณะของฐานข้อมูลเพื่อง่ายต่อการสืบค้น ติดตามโดยผ่าน เครือข่ายอินทราเน็ตของหน่วยงาน ระบบการจัดการข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์นี้จึงถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อช่วยในการ จัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ของฝ่ายการศึกษาให้อยู่ในรูปแบบอิเล็คทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งเป็นการประยุกต์ใช้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีอยู่ได้อย่างคุ้มค่า อีกทั้งยังช่วยประหยัดเวลาและเกิดความคล่องตัวในการ ปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบด้วย ในการพัฒนาระบบดังกล่าวถูกพัฒนาขึ้นด้วยโปรแกรม ภาษา ASP.NET บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows 2000 Server และระบบการจัดการ ฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการศึกษาคณะ แพทยศาสตร์ ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 30 คน โดยการทำการประเมินความพึง พอใจในการเข้าใช้งานระบบข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ผ่านแบบสอบถามแบบออนไลน์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กำหนดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบการจัดการข้อมูล ครุภัณฑ์ กรณีศึกษา: ฝ่ายการศึกษา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล อยู่ใน ระดับ มาก จึงสามารถสรุปได้ว่าระบบการจัดการข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ โดยผ่านเครือข่ายอินทราเน็ต ที่ ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นมานั้นสามารถนำ ไปใช้งานและสามารถสนองตอบต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างแท้จริง
