การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาพฤติกรรมการละเมิดกฎระเบียบและแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 306 คน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า สาเหตุที่ทำให้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นละเมิดกฎระเบียบของโรงเรียนประกอบด้วยปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบโรงเรียน ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว สภาพครอบครัว และ สิ่งแวดล้อมทางสังคม ซึ่งปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ด้านล้วนมีผลในระดับมาก โดยพฤติกรรมที่นักเรียนชายละเมิดมากที่สุด คือ การไม่เข้าแถวในการรับบริการของโรงเรียน ในขณะที่พฤติกรรมที่นักเรียนหญิงละเมิดมากที่สุด คือ การแต่งกายผิดระเบียบของโรงเรียน นอกจากนี้ ครอบครัว ครูอาจารย์ เพื่อน และชุมชน ล้วนมีส่วนสำคัญในการร่วมมือ ป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมการละเมิดกฎระเบียบโรงเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากงานวิจัย ครอบครัวควรปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี แก้ไขปัญหาด้วยปัญญาและเหตุผล ใช้การปรึกษาหารือร่วมกัน สถาบันการศึกษาควรกำหนดกฎระเบียบในการปฏิบัติตนของนักเรียนให้ชัดเจน จัดทำเป็นคู่มือสำหรับนักเรียน สื่อมวลชนควรควบคุมการนำเสนอรายการที่ชี้นำพฤติกรรมการละเมิดกฎระเบียบ และแสดงคำเตือนให้เห็นชัดเจน โดยอาจปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด เรื่อง การจัดระดับความเหมาะสมของรายการ
This study focused on deviant behavior regarding school regulations of high school students in Bangkok Metropolitan schools. The study is quantitative research. The study sample was 306 Mathayom 3 students in high schools in Metropolitan Bangkok who were studing in the first semester of academic year 2013- 14 The results revealed that the causes of deviant behavior were the regulations of the school, the family relationships, the family state, and the social environment factors. All of the factors affected the students at the high level. The most common deviant behavior of male students, was not standing in line for the school services, but the most common deviant behavior of female students, was not following the school's dress code.Family, teachers, friend, and community should cooperate to prevent and solve the deviant behaviors of the high school students. It is recommended that family provide a good model and solve the problems by intellect, reason, and brainstorming. Educational institutions should specify the regulations clearly and provide a student manual. Mass media should control the propagation of material that promotesdeviant behavior and also show obvious warnings.
