| dc.description.abstract | We aimed to examine the psychometric properties of a Thai version of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, which comprises 16 items assessing both exhaustion and disengagement. We conducted a cross-sectional survey of 348 volunteers employed at Siriraj University, a university hospital in Thailand. The internal consistency of the Thai version of the inventory was satisfactory (Cronbach's α = 0.886). The factor-analytic outcomes indicated excellent sampling adequacy (Kaiser[sbnd]Mayer[sbnd]Olkin test = 0.926) and significant sphericity (Bartlett's test = 2990.1, P < 0.001). Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated robust fit indices, confirming the measure's suitability. | |
