dc.description.abstractงานวิจัยนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อค้นหาเทคนิคการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพอันนาไปสู่ความสาเร็จของนักเรียนในการแข่งขันเปียโนรุ่นเล็ก งาน Yamaha Thailand Music Festival เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งสัมภาษณ์ครูสอนเปียโน 10 ท่าน ซึ่งเคยมีนักเรียนผ่านเข้าสู่รอบชิงชนะเลิศในการแข่งขันรายการนี้อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ผลการวิจัยมีดัง
