A share economy a virtual hospital business model to encourage Thailand as a medical hub

Abstract

At present, the number of patients who come to the hospital is large. This resulted in congestion and long waiting times. Some illnesses can be examined by a doctor who can diagnose and be able to finish the treatment process, such as taking medicine which can be found a way for these patients to not have to go to the hospital. It will be able to reduce congestion and wait time. Also, when additional special examinations are required, one can book an appointment for services such as blood testing, cardiac catheterization, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) checks for some examinations. For example, MRI takes a long time, causing the waiting queue to accumulate for a long time. But at some hospitals, those resources are free. Hospitals with long queues could share resources. In addition, the Thai government has a strategy to promote Thailand as a regional medical center for medical tourism, which does not have an easy way to access it. Tourists must contact the hospital or the business sector of the destination to come in for treatment and recuperate through tourism, implementing a sharing economy. It studied successful online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb, and applied the pros and cons to the design of the “Virtual Hospital” business model using a business model canvas and Enterprise Architecture (EA). By studying the possibility of consistency and sustainability with medical standards, Tourism and Hospitality Sector Standards, and Information Technology Standards, they must comply with important requirements such as Telemedicine practice guidelines and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), etc. This business model will promote the use of online medical services and quick access to medical resources while promoting the sustainable medical tourism industry. IMPLICATION OF THE THEMATIC PAPER: This research can be developed into practical applications through a website. It will be a business that can greatly increase the convenience of medical treatment and make it easy for people to access medical resources. They would be able to feel comfortable using online medical services or being able to quickly go to the hospital for a special examination. From the start, this will help in the treatment of diseases, making them respond to treatment, and reducing the severity of the disease. It also grows the overall economy due to the increasing number of tourists who want health tourism because it is convenient to access treatment and recuperation in Thailand accurately and quickly.

ปัจจุบันจำนวนผู้ป่วยที่มาที่โรงพยาบาลมีจำนวนมาก ส่งผลต่อความแออัดและการรอคอยเป็นเวลานาน ซึ่งอาการเจ็บป่วยบางอย่างสามารถตรวจโดยแพทย์ สามารถวินิจฉัยและสามารถจบกระบวนการรักษา เช่น รับยา โดยที่ไม่ต้องตรวจพิเศษเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งหากหาช่องทางให้กลุ่มผู้ป่วยเหล่านี้ไม่ต้องเดินทางมาโรงพยาบาล ก็จะสามารถลดความแออัดและเวลารอคอยได้ อีกทั้งเมื่อจำเป็นต้องมีการตรวจพิเศษเพิ่มเติม สามารถจองคิวใช้บริการ เช่น เจาะเลือด ตรวจสวนหัวใจ ตรวจคลื่นสนามแม่เหล็กความถี่สูง ซึ่งการตรวจบางอย่าง เช่น การตรวจคลื่นสนามแม่เหล็กความถี่สูงใช้เวลาตรวจนาน ทำให้คิวตรวจสะสมรอคอยนาน แต่บางโรงพยาบาลทรัพยากรเหล่านั้นว่าง สามารถที่จะแบ่งปันให้กับโรงพยาบาลที่มีคิวตรวจยาวนานมาใช้ทรัพยากรได้ อีกทั้งรัฐบาลไทยมียุทธศาสตร์ส่งเสริมให้ไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางทางการแพทย์ในภูมิภาคของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ซึ่งยังไม่มีช่องทางในการเข้าถึงได้โดยง่าย นักท่องเที่ยวต้องติดต่อผ่านโรงพยาบาลหรือภาคธุรกิจนำเที่ยวปลายทางเพื่อที่จะเข้ามารักษาตัวพร้อมกับพักฟื้นโดยการท่องเที่ยว การนำเอารูปแบบธุรกิจแบ่งปันมาใช้ โดยศึกษาจากธุรกิจตัวแทนการท่องเที่ยวออนไลน์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ เช่น Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb และนำข้อดีและข้อเสียมาปรับใช้ในการออกแบบโมเดลธุรกิจ “Virtual Hospital” โดยใช้แบบจำลองธุรกิจและวางผังสถาปัตยกรรมองค์กร โดยศึกษาจากความเป็นไปได้ ความสอดคล้องและความยั่งยืน โดยมีมาตรฐานทางการแพทย์ มาตรฐานภาคการท่องเที่ยวและการบริการ และมาตรฐานทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดที่สำคัญ เช่น แนวปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกล การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เป็นต้น ซึ่งโมเดลธุรกิจนี้จะส่งเสริมการใช้บริการทางการแพทย์ออนไลน์ การเข้าถึงทรัพยากรทางการแพทย์ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืน การนำผลของสารนิพนธ์ไปใช้: งานวิจัยนี้สามารถพัฒนาไปสู่การใช้งานได้จริง จะเป็นธุรกิจที่สามารถเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในการรักษาพยาบาลเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้ผู้คนเข้าถึงทรัพยากรสุขภาพได้โดยง่าย รู้สึกสะดวกสบายในการที่ต้องใช้บริการการแพทย์ออนไลน์หรือสามารถไปตรวจพิเศษที่โรงพยาบาลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการสามารถรักษาโรคตั้งแต่ระยะแรก ทำให้ตอบสนองต่อการรักษาลดความรุนแรงของโรค อีกทั้งทำให้เศรษฐกิจโดยรวมเติบโตมากขึ้นจากการเข้ามามากขึ้นของนักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพเนื่องจากสะดวกสบายในการเข้าถึงการรักษาและการพักฟื้นในประเทศไทยได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
