Abstract
Incorporating Learning Management Systems (LMS) into educational settings has certainly reshaped the ways educators teach and learners engage, yet widely used platforms like Moodle, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams often push instructors to piece together data from scattered sources such as assignments, quizzes, and activities before they can properly analyze and report. This process frequently involves transferring data into spreadsheet software, creating visualizations, and presenting findings via presentation tools, which can be time-consuming and fragmented. This paper introduces REXX, a forward-looking LMS application developed to overcome these constraints by unifying data collection, analysis, and visualization within a single framework. By consolidating these functions, REXX improves operational efficiency and promotes a more cohesive approach to handling educational data. This study compares REXX's capabilities with those of traditional LMS platforms, illustrating its capacity to ease administrative loads and foster more informed, data-driven choices in educational settings.
