We report a severe dengue case that developed symptoms 5 days post-TAK-003 dengue vaccine administration. Whole-genome sequencing confirmed co-detection of all four dengue serotypes with high similarity to vaccine strains, especially DENV-2. This finding warrants further investigation into a potential association with vaccine adverse events.
