Abstract
The skills arise from experiences, work, and advice from experts are the result of employee learning and development. This is called “knowledge”, which actsas a guideline for organizations to share and communicate this knowledge toemployees both formally and informally. One of the learning processes is LearningManagement System or LMS. LMS is an application to support and tools for learners and system administrators that aims to improve organizational performance. The foundation for the organization's LMS was offered in this study via the use ofMicrosoft Office 365 to assist the development of work. The purpose of this research was to create an LMS framework based on the ITIL process. The process consisted of four phases: service strategy, service design, service transition and service operation.The results revealed that ITIL is one of the most powerful information technology services, particularly in education, in implementing LMS. ITIL proved tobe a framework for information technology service management teams with the goalof meeting demand and enhancing knowledge exchange via organizational arrangements. Moreover, implementing ITIL increased satisfaction level for the users as it was capable of comprehending the task on their own. This study may also beutilized to numerous firms in order to enhance its personnel. Additionally, there wasno need to squander budget on process development. IMPLICATION OF THE THEMATIC PAPER. ITIL is an effective tool to develop learning system in an organization that has limited resources. Especially small businesses with limited resources can also apply this international standard tool like ITIL as well.
ทักษะที่เกิดจากประสบการณ์ ทักษะที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำงาน และคำแนะนำต่างๆ ของผู้ที่มีความรู้ เป็นผลมาจากการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาของพนักงาน เรียกว่า “ความรู้” จะสามารถเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาองค์กรที่จะสามารถแบ่งปันและถ่ายทอดความรู้นี้ให้กับพนักงานในด้านให้ได้เกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งความรู้นั้นมีทั้งแบบที่เป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ วิธีในการพัฒนา การนำองค์ความรู้นั้นมาใช้ก็มีหลากหลายวิธีเช่นกัน อีกหนึ่งวิธีที่เป็นที่นิยมแพร่หลายนั่นก็คือ ระบบจัดการการเรียนการสอน หรือ LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ จะประกอบด้วยเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้สอน ผู้เรียน ผู้ดูแลระบบ ที่มุ่งปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพขององค์กร ในงานวิจัยนี้จะนำเสนอกรอบการดำเนินงาน LMS ขององค์กร โดยจะใช้ Microsoft Office 365 นำมาช่วยพัฒนางาน และควบคุมการพัฒนางานด้วยมาตรฐานของ ITIL ซ
