แนวทางพัฒนาการสอนดนตรีไทยในกลุ่มโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นนทบุรีเขต 2

Abstract

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไป สภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนดนตรีไทยในกลุ่มโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 จากการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนศูนย์เครื่อข่าย จำนวน 4 โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วยโรงเรียนแก้วอินทร์สุทธาอุทิศ โรงเรียนวัดลาดปลาดุก โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดไทรน้อย และโรงเรียนวัดผาสุกมณีจักร เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน โดยมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ แผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีงบประมาณของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา รองรับนโยบายที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกาหนด ในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่ามีครูจำนวนไม่เพียงพอต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน ครูปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการสอนไม่ตรงกับสาขาวิชาเอก สื่อและอุปกรณ์ เครื่องดนตรีมีไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนผู้เรียน ขณะเดียวกันการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนดนตรีไทยไม่มีการหารือแนวทางร่วมกันเพื่อทำความเข้าใจในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดหาครูผู้สอนให้ตรงกับวิชาเอกที่ขาดแคลน ประกอบกับนโยบายหรือโครงการที่สนับสนุนดนตรีไทยและพัฒนาครูดนตรีไทยที่ไม่ชัดเจน จึงส่งผลให้การพัฒนาไม่ต่อเนื่อง จากสภาพปัญหาที่พบจึงนำไปสู่แนวทางการพัฒนาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนสอนดนตรีไทย โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างเครื่องข่ายครูดนตรีเพื่อเชื่อมโยงการทำงานในเขตพื้นที่ เน้นการแบ่งปันความรู้และสร้างสรรค์รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนดนตรีที่ใช้เครือข่ายทั้งภายในและภายนอกเข้ามาช่วย เช่น การขอความร่วมมือจากเครือข่ายครูดนตรีในจังหวัด, การขอความร่วมมือจากปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ศิษย์เก่า การส่งเสริมให้ครูได้มีโอกาสในการเพิ่มพูนความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน และการบูรณาการการสอนดนตรีไทยพื้นฐานด้วยทฤษฎีของนักดนตรีศึกษาที่สำคัญ ขณะเดียวกันควรสร้างประสบการณ์ทางด้านดนตรีให้กับผู้เรียนผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ และมีการตั้งเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาผู้เรียน พร้อมเก็บข้อมูลการประเมินผลเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาโดยมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์เรื่องการพัฒนาตนเองผ่านกิจกรรมอย่างดีและมีความสุข

This thesis is a qualitative research project. The objective is to study the current situation, problems and development guidelines of Thai music teaching in opportunity expansion school groups in Nonthaburi Education Area District Office 2. The study focuses on teaching management in four schools: Kaewinsuthautit School, Watladpraduk School, Chumchon Wat Sai Noi School, and Wat Phasuk Maneechak School. The teaching management is in accordance with the objectives and action plan for the fiscal year of the Educational Service Area (ESA). It is also coherent with the policy set by the Ministry of Education on teaching management. This study finds that the number of teachers is insufficient to achieve the ESA objectives, and the current music instructors are not teaching the subjects of their major study. Furthermore, the music instruments and tools are insufficient. At the same time, there is no action to initiate guidelines on activities for students. Likewise, there are no processes for gaining mutual understanding between executives and Thai music teachers on how to develop curricula. This has resulted in unclear policy and supporting projects. The current problem has led to the development of guidelines for the establishment of a Thai music teacher network to link working methods in the area. It includes sharing knowledge and creating teaching methods that can be used when working both internally and externally; for example, by asking for collaboration from local music intellectuals and alumni in the area; by supporting teachers to have an opportunity to gain more knowledge to be able to develop their teaching methods; and by integrating basic Thai music teaching with theories such as the Kodaly and Dalcroze Approaches. Simultaneously, activities for students to obtain music experience and improve their development should be created. The data collected in this study can be used to evaluate and improve existing programs by emphasizing the continuing effects of self development and student happiness via effective activities.
