Abstract
The objectives of this study were to investigate current customers' problems regarding existing European car parts and accessories in the Thai market and to develop a business plan and marketing strategies based on the 7Ps that align with customer preferences. Using in-depth interviews with 20 respondents to observe target group problems and preferences, the findings concluded that Thai men aged 25–54 faced issues such as poor installation service quality, low variety in product design, high prices, and dissatisfaction with the purchasing process. Consequently, the business will implement 3D printing and 3D configuration technology, which most interviewees were willing to try for customizing product designs and improving their purchasing experience. The shop will be located in the Thonburi area on Kanchanapisek Road to avoid direct competition with major rivals, a location where eighty percent of interviewees expressed a willingness to use services. Operating under the brand "Future Design Euro Auto Parts," the business emphasizes selling imported and 3D-designed car parts while implementing new technology to enhance products and services. Financially, the project expects a growth rate of around 3%, with an NPV of 16,435,760.54 Baht, an IRR of 55%, and a payback period of 2.18 years, indicating a desirable investment. The implications of this thesis are two-fold: first, it assists existing European car parts shops in improving and implementing new technologies to offer innovative products and services; and second, it provides a deeper understanding of current customers' problems and preferences within the European car parts market.
