บาดแผลและบทเรียน : ประสบการณ์การเยียวยาบาดแผลภายในตน

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research design) แบบอัตชีวประวัติ (Autobiography) ที่ศึกษาประสบการณ์การใคร่ครวญบาดแผลภายในตน ในระหว่างการศึกษาหลักสูตรจิตตปัญญาศึกษา ในช่วงปีการศึกษา 2554-2558 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาที่ก่อให้เกิดการใคร่ครวญอันจะนำไปสู่การคลี่คลายบาดแผลในจิตใจ โดยใช้วิธีการเล่าเรื่อง หรือการบรรยายในเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Narrative approach) แบบสืบค้นประวัติ ผ่านงานศิลปะ เพื่อนำเสนอประสบการณ์การใคร่ครวญบาดแผลภายในตน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) จิตตปัญญานำทางให้ผู้วิจัยได้ย้อนกลับไปสู่ในอดีต เพื่อเยียวยาบาดแผลและทุกข์มากมายที่มี เมื่อเดินทางมาถึงจุดนี้ ผู้วิจัยเริ่มมองเห็นบางสิ่งในบาดแผล 1.1 บาดแผลในอดีตที่เกิดขึ้นจากครูในวัยเด็ก เป็นบาดแผลที่ทำให้รู้สึกอับอาย ผิดหวัง บาดแผลนี้เริ่มก่อตัวขึ้นตั้งแต่ในวัยเด็ก จากความคิด ความเชื่อที่ว่า ครูต้องเป็นคนดี ไม่ล้อเลียนเด็ก เริ่มสั่นคลอน 1.2 บาดแผลในอดีตที่เกิดขึ้นจากครอบครัว เป็นบาดแผลที่ทำให้รู้สึกผิดหวัง และเสียใจ จากความคิด ความเชื่อที่ว่า พ่อแม่ต้องเชื่อมั่นในตัวตนของลูก 1.3 บาดแผลในอดีตที่เกิดขึ้นจากจิตตปัญญา เป็นบาดแผลที่ทำให้รู้สึกเสียความรู้สึก และสูญสิ้นศรัทธา จากทั้งหมดทั้งมวลที่มี จากความคิด ความเชื่อที่ว่า ครูที่จิตตปัญญาจะต้องเชื่อมั่นในตัวตนของศิษย์ เชื่อมั่น ในความเป็นมนุษย์ หากพิจารณาแต่ละบาดแผล จะพบว่ามีสิ่งหนึ่งที่อยู่ภายใต้บาดแผลทั้งหมด ภายใต้เหตุการณ์ทั้งหมดที่ทำให้ตรงนี้แตกสลาย ที่เป็นคุณค่าและความหมายที่ได้หายไปจากชีวิต นั้นคือ "ความเชื่อมั่น " (2) ความรัก ความห่วงใย ความใส่ใจที่เพื่อนได้มอบให้ นั้นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ทำให้ผู้วิจัยมีแรงหยัดยืน และความเชื่อมั่น ในความเป็นศิษย์จากครู ครูผู้มอบความรักโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข ผู้เชื่อในความเป็นมนุษย์ทั้งหมดของศิษย์ก่อนหน้าที่ท่านจะมอบความรู้และความเข้าใจในชีวิต กัลยาณมิตรทั้งสองหล่อหลอมให้ผู้วิจัยได้มองเห็นสรรพสิ่งตามที่มันเป็น ค่อยๆ เปิดใจ และกล้าที่จะเผชิญกับโลกภายในที่เจ็บปวดทุกข์ทรมาน (3) ศิลปะย้อนกลับไปทำให้ผู้วิจัยมองเห็น กล้ากลับไปสัมผัสกับบาดแผลและความรู้สึกต่างๆอย่างลึกซึ้ง กลับไปยินดีกับสิ่งที่ผ่านมาได้อย่างภาคภูมิกลับไปเข้าใจและสามารถยอมรับมัน และเมื่อได้กลับไปเห็นบาดแผล ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการกลับเข้าไปในสภาวะภายในแต่ศิลปะยังหลอมรวมร่างกายและจิตวิญญาณเข้าด้วยกัน

This research was a qualitative research that used Autobiography as the experience of self-healing pain while studying in the Contemplative Education Center from 2011-2015. The objective of this research was to contemplate on the previous experience according to the method learnt from the center where as a result, the reflection on the researcher's self-led to a solution for the internal wound. The research applied on autobiography narrative approach using art to present the experience of the reflection of the internal wound. The result of the research showed that Contemplative Education guided the research to look back in time and heal the pain and sufferings. At this point, the researcher started to see something in the pain, including; the pain that was caused by teachers when the researcher was young. This pain started in the researcher's childhood when the set of thoughts and beliefs, about the teachers being good people who could never tease the children, were destroyed, the pain caused by the researcher's family that disappointed and saddened the researcher and due to thinking and believing that parents had confidence in their children, the pain felt while at the Contemplative Education Center as a result of the faith the researcher had in the teachers in the Center, that the teachers had faith in their students and humanity. Once each pain that resulted in the current broken status, was analyzed; the missing point in the researcher's life was "confidence". The love and care that the researcher received from friends played an important role in strengthening the researcher and building confidence in the teachers for the researcher, it was demonstrated that teachers displayed unconditional love and had faith in the entire humanity before becoming teachers to provide knowledge and understanding of life. These true friends the researcher found, molded the researcher to view the world as it is, to slowly open up the heart and be brave enough to confront the inner world of pain and suffering. The study also showed that Arts helped the researcher to look back and have courage to face the wounds and broken feelings at a deeper level, this led the researcher to feel content and proud with the experiences of the past. The researcher could understand and accept the past as it was, one the wound was exposed. This was not only evident as an internal reflection but also as art because it helped integrate the researcher's body and mind.
