dc.description.abstract | According to the globalization era, digital innovation has been developed over time. From the statistics of using the internet showing the percentage of using the internet during 2013-2017 by age group that increase contirnuosly where in mobile phone is the most popular device to access the internet. Health consultation through internet is telemedicine; store-and -forward photo, x-ray film and clip, remote monitoring patient's condition and interactive in real-time between patients and physicians. The objective of WeCare application is providing electronic healthcare services that provide real-time consultation with professional from anywhere at any time. The objective is to provide good health service not just only consultation but medicine delivery and health data to analyze that every society class can affor the price. This paper showed the background of business idea and process of application work flow. Survey technique was divided into two method; cluster sampling is the probability method for patient or user survey and purposive sampling is non-probability method for doctor survey. For patient or user, the questionnaires were dictributed randomly via internet in city and rural areas. Target sample size is 384 persons who are working people, aged 25-50 year old. Doctors who are aged 25-50 years old, selectd for 15 persons from 3 regions; North, South and Central from both public and private hospitals. Research instrument for user is close-ended questions compose with demographic information and electronic healthcare experiences. Open-ended questions and interview for doctor consist of social media experiences and opinion about electronic healthcare serices. Data analysis by Cochran's formula, ss=Z2(p)(1-p)/c2 with 95% confidence level for frequency and percentage analysis. From the survey result, it was found out that most of patients or users have monthly income 20,000-30,000 THB. People usually go to see a doctor once a year for 2 hours in each time and have to spend more than 2,000 THB for one time. The most consideration of going to see a doctor are time and location of healthcare; that people do not have time for waiting to see a doctor especially those who stay far from home. However, most of the people never use electronic healthcare services but willing to use in the future with accurate diagnostic and security system. Doctors are willing to use WeCare application with the security and privacy system in the future which is convenience and can monitor patients in real-time wherever they are. However, people usually need basic needs which is match with Maslow's hierarchy of needs that people need good health that is the basic of physiological need and safety need for security and diacnosis accuracy from healthcare service. It is recommendaed that WeCare application could target customer 0.08% who have office syndrome, 15,491,305 persons that can make revenue more than three million baht per year, expected to make 5% growth of sales in each year. Those who make Net Present Value (NPV) at 1,200,068 Baht whereas Internal Rate of Return(IRR) is 27% after 5 years of running the business and get Pay Back Period(PB) within 3 years that company can get cash return from initial investment. | |
