การบริหารจัดการของวงดนตรีลูกทุ่ง : กรณีศึกษาวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิจัยการบริหารจัดการของวงดนตรีลูกทุ่ง: กรณีศึกษาวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี มุ่งสืบค้นคว้าเพื่อศึกษาหลักการบริหารจัดการวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ทราบแนววิธีการบริหารและวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรคของวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ได้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงการต่าง ๆ อาทิ การจัดทาวงดนตรีลูกทุ่ง และหางเครื่อง ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงการดนตรี นักดนตรีโดยตรงและบุคคลทั่วไป สามารถนาข้อมูลไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาแนวคิดในการบริหารวงดนตรีอื่น ๆ ต่อไป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ได้ใช้ทฤษฎีกระบวนการบริหารมีองค์ประกอบและขั้นตอน 4 ขั้น หรือ 4M ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารการเงิน ด้านการบริหารการจัดการอุปกรณ์ และด้านการจัดการบริหารภายในวงดนตรี โดยการทาแบบสอบถามของบุคลากรและผู้ชมของวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีโดยรวมความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ถ้าพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การบริหารวัสดุอุปกรณ์ เนื่องจากมีการแบ่งหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดูแลอุปกรณ์อย่างดี พร้อมสาหรับการใช้งาน รองลงมา คือ การบริหารภายในวงดนตรี การบริหารบุคคล และค่าเฉลี่ยต่าสุด คือ การบริหารด้านการเงิน นอกจากนี้ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วงดนตรีลูกทุ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เป็นปรากฏการณ์ทางด้านดนตรี เพราะได้นาบุคลากรทางด้านดนตรี ในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีมารวมตัวกัน และทากิจกรรมร่วมกัน โดยมีความสาเร็จในหลาย ๆ ด้าน

The study aimed to investigate the management principles implemented by the Suphanburi PAO country music band and to understand the management approaches and the process of determining the answer to problems for the Suphanburi PAO country music band, and to gain knowledge about various projects such as the establishment of the country band and dancers that would directly benefit the music industry, musicians, and general public. The results could be further used as a guide in conceiving the ideas for other bands in management. The results showed that the Suphanburi Administrative Organization country music band adopted the "4M" management theory including; personnel management, money management, equipment management, and music band management. The questionnaires were instrumental to collect data from personnel and audience of the Suphanburi Administrative Organization country music band. Overall, the satisfaction was at the highest level. Each aspect of the area and equipment management were reported at the highest level of satisfaction because there is a definite division of responsibilities towards taking care of the equipment effectively and readily available for use, followed by the music band management and personnel management, whereas the money management was reported at the lowest level of satisfaction. In addition, the results revealed that the Suphanburi Provincial Administrative Organization country music band becomes a musical phenomenon because it brings together the music personnel in Suphanburi province to carry out activities together successfully in many areas.
