การศึกษาการตั้งชื่อถนนในกรุงฮานอย

Abstract

งานวิจัยมีจุดประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาชื่อถนนและการตั้งชื่อถนนในกรุงฮานอยในช่วงอาณานิคมฝรั่งเศส (ค.ศ. 1858-1945) และปัจจุบัน (ค.ศ. 1954-2018) รวมทั้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อถนนในยุคหลังอาณานิคม (ค.ศ. 1945-1946) งานวิจัยนี้จะทา การศึกษาชื่อถนนในกรุงฮานอย ผลการศึกษาพบว่าชื่อถนนในกรุงฮานอยในช่วงอาณานิคมฝรั่งเศสมีจานวน 332 ชื่อ การตั้งชื่อถนนนิยมใช้ภาษาฝรั่งเศสมากกว่าภาษาเวียดนาม วิธีการตั้งชื่อมีทั้งหมด 6 วิธีได้แก่ 1) ระบบหมายเลข 2) การแปลภาษาเวียดนามเป็นภาษาฝรั่งเศส 3) การตั้งชื่อถนนให้สอดคล้องกับลักษณะเฉพาะของพื้นที่ 4) การตั้งชื่อถนนให้สอดคล้องกับประเทศและเมือง 5) การใช้ชื่อเวียดนามและ 6) การใช้ชื่อบุคคล ฝรั่งเศสมีความต้องการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศสและลดทอนวัฒนธรรมเวียดนามการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อถนนในปี ค.ศ. 1945-1946 มี 6 ประเภทได้แก่ 1) การยกเลิกระบบหมายเลข 2) การแปลกลับเป็นภาษาเวียดนาม 3) การยกเลิกระบบภาษาฝรั่งเศส 4) การรักษาชื่อเดิมในยุคอาณานิคมไว้ 5) การยกเลิกคาบอกประเภทถนนในภาษาฝรั่งเศสและ 6) การเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อบุคคลการเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมุ่งเน้นการรื้อถอนวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศสและฟื้นฟูวัฒนธรรมเวียดนามชื่อถนนในปัจจุบันมีทั้งหมด 531 ชื่อ ชื่อถนนจะใช้ภาษาเวียดนามทั้งหมด แนวคิดการตั้งชื่อถนนมี 6 แนวคิดได้แก่ 1) การใช้ชื่อท้องถิ่น 2) การใช้ชื่อที่มีความสาคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ 3) ระบบหมายเลข 4) การใช้ชื่อบุคคล 5) การใช้ชื่อที่มีความหมายดีงามและ 6)การตั้งชื่อถนนให้มีความสอดคล้องกับถนนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ การตั้งชื่อถนนเน้นการปลูกฝังอุดมการณ์ชาตินิยม

The purpose of this study is to find out the street names and street naming in Hanoi during the French colonial period ( 1858-1945) and the present time ( 1954-2018) including the street name changes in the years 1945-1946. The results show that there were 332 names of the streets in Hanoi during the French colonial period.Those street names uses French rather than Vietnamese.For techniques of roadnaming during this period, 6 techniques were found as follows : 1)Number system, 2)Translation from Vietnamese to French, 3) Naming the street according to the characteristics of the area, 4)Naming streets in accordance with countries and cities, 5) Using the Vietnamese name, and 6) Using the name of a person.It is reflected that France needs to disseminate French culture and diminish Vietnamese culture. There are 6 types of street name changes in the years 1945-1946 : 1) Cancellation of number system, 2) Translation from French to Vietnamese, 3) Cancellation of use of the French language, 4) Preservation of the original name during colonial period, 5) Cancellation of French street type, and 6) Changing the name of the person who is the street name.The change focuses on restoring Vietnamese culture. There are 531 street names in the current period.The street names are all in Vietnamese.The concept of street-naming has 6 concepts : 1) Use of local name, 2) Use of historical name, 3) Number system, 4)Using the name of a person, 5) Use of a well-meaning name, and 6) Naming a street in accordance with the extra-large street.The naming of the streets emphasizes cultivating nationalism.
