กระบวนการสอนขิมของอิศรายุว์ จีนสลุต

Abstract

การศึกษากระบวนการสอนขิมของอิศรายุว์ จีนสลุต มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาประวัติ บุคคล หลักการสอนและกระบวนการสอนขิม หลักการรวมวง รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เพลงทางขิมของอิศรายุว์ จีนสลุต เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการประยุกต์การเรียนการสอนขิมของการศึกษาในระบบ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามโดยการสัมภาษณ์อย่างเป็นทางการ และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อิศรายุว์ จีนสลุตเป็นครูดนตรีที่สร้างแนวการบรรเลงขิมเป็นสามแนว คือแนวทานองหลักแนวคอร์ด และแนวประสาน ทำให้เกิดการสร้างสรรค์ใหม่ เพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่คนไทยไม่ฟังเพลงไทย โดยตั้งชื่อว่าขิมแชมเบอร์ อิศรายุว์เกิดมาในครอบครัวนักดนตรีไทย มีความรู้ทั้งดนตรีไทยและดนตรีสากล ทำให้สามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางดนตรีไทยให้สอดคล้องกับความเป็นสากลกระบวนการสอนขิมของอิศรายุว์ จีนสลุต จะเน้นตัวผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยผู้สอนจะสังเกต ศักยภาพของผู้เรียน และนำมาต่อยอดในรูปแบบของการเรียนรวมวง มีการใช้การสอนแบบร่วมมือ เพื่อให้การแสดงรวมวงออกมาอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบตามที่อิศรายุว์ตั้งหวังไว้ กระบวนการสอนขิมของอิศรายุว์ ผู้ศึกษาได้นำมาปรับใช้เพื่อใช้สอนขิมของการศึกษาในระบบ โดยอาศัยหลักการสอนขิมของอิศรายุว์มาเป็นแนวทาง ซึ่งได้กำหนดเป็น 5 แนวทางคือ การคัดเลือกผู้เรียน การจัดการซ้อม ด้วยตารางซ้อม และการจัดกลุ่มที่หลากหลาย การใช้หลักการสอนแบบร่วมมือ การเลือกบทเพลงให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน และการสร้างสัมพันธภาพอันดีระหว่างผู้สอนกับผู้เรียน และผู้เรียนกับผู้เรียน โดยอาศัยกระบวนการกลุ่ม

The Study aimed at studying a music teacher's biography, principles and his process of teaching 'Khim' form of music in combination with the band. The 'Khim' Melody analysis was used as guidelines in the application of teaching Khim music in the formal education system. This was a qualitative study whose data was collected though official interviewing and participant observation. The study indicated that the music teacher created and divided playing Khim into three concepts main rhythm concept, chord concept, and harmony concept, named as Khim Chamber. This was done with on intent to motivate Thais to listen to Thai classical music. Itsarayu was born in a Thai classical musician family with the ability and skills to arrange Thai classical music to harmonize with western music. The Study of the Teaching Process of Khim music focused on the learners, the instructor observed the learners' ability and developed the learners to form a band. The teaching process uses the collaborative learning style to form a perfect band that matched the teacher's idealism. The researcher applied the Khim Teaching Process in formal education system and classified the Process into five ways the selection of students, scheduling training through a variety group of learners, using collaborative learning style, choosing the appropriate music for the learners, building good relationship between the instructor and the learners, and among learners themselves using group process.
