Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) examine the knowledge management model and conditional factors related to knowledge management in community-based floating market tourism; and 2) synthesize the knowledge management model and conditional factors related to knowledge management in the community-based floating market tourism that is based on the qualitative research. The data collection was done by an in-depth interview with 32 relevant people who have coped with the current knowledge management in community-based tourism. The data obtained was checked by way of data triangulation. The areas of research were specifically selected to cover 6 markets located in the central part of Thailand where the community-based floating market tourism management exists. The result showed that these communities did not have the different development for the community-based floating market tourism management, that is, the management was used to solve the community problems by creating the management network to strengthen the communities. The knowledge management model of all 6 floating markets was analyzed by the cross-sectional analysis, and it could be concluded as follows: 1) there was one knowledge management model for the community-based tourism resource management whereas its knowledge management steps existed at all areas, including the knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization; 2) there was one knowledge management model for the formation of activities and learning process for tourists whereas its knowledge management steps existed at all areas, including the knowledge creation and knowledge transfer; 3) there was one knowledge management model for the network management whereas its knowledge management steps existed at all areas, including the knowledge creation and knowledge transfer; and 4) there was one knowledge management model for the income and profit management whereas its knowledge management step existed at all areas, including the knowledge creation. After analyzing the overall knowledge management model for the community-based tourism resource management, there was one knowledge management step existing at all areas, that is, the knowledge creation. The conditional factors influencing the knowledge management were 1) community context, 2) leadership, 3) organizational management, 4) learning-based organization, 5) tools and technologies used for the knowledge management, 6) receipt of supports from the state agencies, and 7) receipt of supports from external academics. It is recommended that a community should set up its organizational structure by setting up specific divisions. The personal team and working team should be set up for the community knowledge management. The State and the community should set up the strategy to develop and support the new generations in that community. The educational institutes should retrieve and store the knowledge of local wisdom, and they should select the wisdom teachers to transfer their knowledge in the educational institutes.
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้และปัจจัยเงื่อนไขที่สัมพันธ์ กับการจัดการความรู้ด้านการท่องเที่ยวตลาดน้ำโดยชุมชน 2) สังเคราะห์รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้และปัจจัย เงื่อนไขที่สัมพันธ์กับการจัดการความรู้ด้านการท่องเที่ยวตลาดน้ำโดยชุมชน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 32 คน ทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ด้วย การตรวจสอบสามเส้าด้านข้อมูล พื้นที่ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้มาโดยการเลือกพื้นที่ แบบเจาะจงจำนวน 6 แห่ง ใน พื้นที่ภาคกลางที่มีการจัดการท่องเที่ยวแบบตลาดน้ำโดยชุมชน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ชุมชนมีพัฒนาการในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวตลาดน้ำโดยชุมชนไม่แตกต่างกัน คือ เป็นการจัดการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของชุมชน โดยมีการสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อบริหารจัดการเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็ง ให้กับชุมชน รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ทั้ง 6 แห่ง เมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบไขว้ ผลการศึกษาสามารถสรุป ได้ ดังนี้ 1)รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชน มี 1 รูปแบบ มีขั้นตอนการจัด ความรู้ที่เหมือนกันในทุกพื้นที่ คือ การแสวงหาความรู้ การสร้างความรู้ การถ่ายทอดความรู้ และการใช้ความรู้ 2) รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านการสร้างกิจกรรมและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ให้ แก่นักท่องเที่ยว มี 1 รูปแบบ มี 2 ขั้นตอนที่เหมือนกันในทุกพื้นที่ คือ การสร้างความรู้ การถ่ายทอดความรู้ 3)รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านการ บริหารจัดการเครือข่าย มี 1 รูปแบบ มีขั้นตอนเหมือนกันในทุกพื้นที่ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ การสร้างความรู้ และการ ถ่ายทอดความรู้ 4)รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการรายได้ผลประโยชน์ มี 1 รูปแบบ มีขั้นตอน การจัดการความรู้ที่เหมือนกันในทุกพื้นที่ คือ การสร้างความรู้ และเมื่อสังเคราะห์ภาพรวมรูปแบบการจัดการ ความรู้ด้านการท่องเที่ยวตลาดน้ำโดยชุมชน พบว่า มี 1 รูปแบบ โดยมีขั้นตอนการจัดการความรู้ที่เหมือนกัน คือ การสร้างความรู้ ส่วนปัจจัยเงื่อนไขที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ ได้แก่ 1) สภาพบริบทชุมชน 2) ภาวะผู้นำ 3) การ บริหารจัดการองค์กร 4) การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ 5) เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการจัดการความรู้ 6) การได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และ 7) การได้รับการสนับสนุนจากนักวิชาการภายนอก ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีจัดโครงสร้างองค์ชุมชนที่แบ่งเป็นฝ่าย มีกำหนดทีมบุคคลและคณะทำงานเพื่อ จัดการความรู้ของชุมชน ภาครัฐควรกำหนดแผนยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกับชุมชนในการพัฒนาและสนับสนุนการสร้าง คนรุ่นใหม่ในชุมชน และสถานศึกษาควรสืบค้น จัดเก็บองค์ความรู้ด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและคัดเลือกครูภูมิปัญญา ให้เข้ามามีบทบาทในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในสถานศึกษา
