Abstract
Due to different typesetting styles, an inexact differential operator d- appears incorrectly as a minus differential operator -d in the table of nomenclature, and also in Eqs. (15), (17), (39), (42)–(45), (50), (61)–(63), and (E10).1 The correct versions of these equations are as follows:(Formula presented)Also, in the last term of Eq. (51), the differential operator d should be the inexact differential operator. The notation for the internal energy in Eq. (15) should be UðtÞ, which is the same as that shown in the first line after the equation. Moreover, in Tables I–IV, the first row after a dividing line in the header (e.g., the row containing x without index) was intended to be part of the table header o show the corresponding notation in the Lindblad equation in Eq. (14). In Ref. 1, the top row is incorrectly included in the table-body rows, and it may be mistakenly taken as a channel presented in the system
