เทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: ความพึงพอใจและผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมของคนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 2) ระดับผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมของเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจกับ ผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมของเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 4) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของคนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรเป็นคนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเคลื่อนไหวที่เป็นสมาชิก ชมรมคนพิการจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร อายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป คำนวณตัวอย่างโดยยึดหลักอำนาจการวิเคราะห์ (Power analysis) ด้วยโปรแกรม G*Power ได้ตัวอย่างจำนวน 92 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือน มีนาคม - เมษายน พ.ศ. 2560 ณ ที่พักอาศัยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหรือจุดนัดหมายที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างสะดวก โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่พัฒนามาจากแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของควิเบค เวอร์ชั่น 2.0 (QUEST 2.0) และแบบประเมินผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมของเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (PIADS) ที่ผ่านการหาค่าความตรงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการหาความเชื่อมั่นจากประชากรที่ไม่ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (mean = 4.25, standard deviation = 0.84) 2) ระดับผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเชิงบวกปานกลาง (mean = 2.22, standard deviation = 0.84) 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจโดยรวมกับผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในทางบวกระดับต่ำ (r = 0.249, p < 0.05) 4) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้งานเกี่ยวข้องกับคนพิการ กิจกรรม บริบท อุปกรณ์และบริการ เทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านอื่น ๆ

The purpose of this study is to know 1) level of the satisfaction with the assistive technologies 2) level of psychosocial impact of the assistive technologies 3) relationship between the satisfaction and psychosocial impact of the assistive technologies and 4) problems, obstacles and recommendations of the people with mobility impairments in Samutsakhon province. This survey research used population from people with mobility impairments which were members of the Samutsakhon Disability Club and aged 18 years and over. Samples were calculated by using Power Analysis with G*Power software. Ninety-two people with mobility impairments which were members of the Samutsakhon Disability Club were included in the study through simple random sampling. Data were collected between March–April 2017 at the samples’ houses or appropriate places. Questionnaire was developed by integrating the Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with Assistive Technology (QUEST 2.0) and the Psychosocial Impact of Assistive Devices Scale (PIADS). The instrument passed the construct validity assessment by experts in related disciplines and reliability assessment through trialing with comparable subjects. Quantitative data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. Qualitative data were analyzed by using content analysis. The results found that 1) the respondents’ satisfaction was in the high level (mean = 4.25, standard deviation = 0.84) 2) the psychosocial impacts of the assistive technologies on them was rated in a positively moderate level (mean = 2.22, standard deviation = 0.84) 3) low positive correlation was found between total QUEST and total PIADS (r = 0.249, p < 0.05) and 4) problems, obstacles and suggestions of the samples were related to the human, activity, contexts, assistive technology devices and services and other aspects.
