The MUi036-A human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) line was successfully established from peripheral blood CD34+ hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells obtained from a healthy 25-year-old male donor using a non-integrating episomal reprogramming system. The generated hiPSC line exhibited typical pluripotent stem cell morphology and expressed key undifferentiated hPSC-associated markers at both the transcriptional and protein levels. It demonstrated robust trilineage differentiation potential, giving rise to derivatives of the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm in vitro. Furthermore, the hiPSC line maintained chromosomal stability and retained its original genetic identity and was confirmed to be negative for mycoplasma contamination.
