dc.description.abstractThe Editor-in-Chief would like to alert the readers that after publication concerns were raised regarding image similarities within the article. Specifically: ● Fig. 3B MIA + , IM (mg/kg) 2 and Fig. 3B MIA + , PG (mg/kg) 50 appear to overlap ● Fig. 3B MIA + , IM (mg/kg) 25 and Fig. 3B MIA + , PG (mg/kg) 200 appear to overlap The authors stated that they outsourced the histopathology studies. The authors provided corrected figures but were unable to provide original raw images for further evaluation.The readers are therefore urged to interpret the data of these concerned figures with caution. Sreekanth Gopinathan Pillai agrees with this Editorial Expression of Concern but disagrees with the Editorial Expression of Concern wording. Kizhakkeppurath Kumaran Ajeeshkumar, Kalladath Venugopal Vishnu, Raju Navaneethan, Kumar Raj, Kuttipurath Raghavan Remyakumari, Thangaraj Raja Swaminathan, Mathew Suseela and Kurukkan Kunnath Asha did not respond to correspondence from the Publisher about this Editorial Expression of Concern.
