| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ของกิจกรรมบำบัดสำหรับผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ไขสันหลัง และศึกษาผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาด้วย คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเปรียบเทียบกับคู่มือที่มีเนื้อหาเทียบเท่ากัน ผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ไขสันหลังและผู้ดูแล จำนวน 20 คู่ ได้ถูกแบ่งเป็นสองกลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่ศึกษาด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนและศึกษาด้วยคู่มือ ผู้ดูแลของแต่ละกลุ่มจะได้รับการ ทดสอบก่อนเรียนส่วนผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ไขสันหลังจะถูกประเมินด้วยแบบประเมินทาง กิจกรรมบำบัด หลังจาก กลับมาติดตามผล ผู้ดูแลจะได้รับการทดสอบหลังเรียน และทำแบบ ประเมินความพึงพอใจ ส่วนผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ไขสันหลังจะได้รับประเมินซ้ำ ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มที่ศึกษาด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนมีคะแนนทดสอบ สูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05 ), มีจำนวนผู้ที่มีความก้าวหน้าทางกิจกรรมบำบัด มากกว่าในบางหัวข้อ และมีความพึงพอใจในคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนในระดับมากที่สุด จากผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่สร้างขึ้นมี ประสิทธิภาพในการให้ความรู้ และมีผลต่อความก้าวหน้าทางกิจกรรมบำบัด และเป็นที่น่าสนใจ ที่จะทำการศึกษาต่อไปในจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากขึ้น และพัฒนาในโรคหรือความพิการอื่นๆ ทางด้านเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู | |
