ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับความผูกพันทางสังคมและการควบคุมตนเองที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดซ้ำเกี่ยวกับคดียาเสพติดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในทัณฑสถานหญิงกลาง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการกระทำผิดซ้ำเกี่ยวกับคดียาเสพติด เพื่อศึกษาถึงอิทธิพลของปัจจัยทางด้านความผูกพันทางสังคม (Social Bonds) การควบคุมตนเอง (Self-Control) ที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดซ้ำเกี่ยวกับคดียาเสพติดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในทัณฑสถาน หญิงกลางและเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการป้ องกันมิให้ผู้ต้องขังที่กระทำผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดกลับมา กระทำผิดซ้ำอีกครั้ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ต้องขังหญิงในทัณฑสถานหญิงกลาง จำนวน 300 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอ้างอิง ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การแปรผันทางเดียว (One-way Anova) และการวิเคราะห์การจำแนกเชิงพหุคูณ (MCA) ข้อค้นพบจากการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยการคบเพื่อนมีผลต่อการกระทำผิดมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือปัจจัยทางด้านประวัติการกระทำผิด ปัจจัยด้านการควบคุมตนเองและปัจจัยทางด้านความผูกพันทางสังคม โดยเฉพาะความผูกพันกับครอบครัวส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดซ้ำเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเข้มแข็งของสถาบันครอบครัว โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ กระบวนการขัดเกลาทางสังคม (Socialization)ที่เกิดจากการเลี้ยงดูของพ่อแม่และสนับสนุนด้านการศึกษา (School Program)เพราะสามารถสร้างกลไกในการป้องกันแนวโน้มในการกระทำผิดและ เติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่มีประสิทธิภาพได้ตามหลักทฤษฎีการควบคุมตนเองได้ (Self-control)

This research aimed to study the drug recidivism level, the influence of the social bond factors and the self-control factors on the drug recidivism of the female prisoners in the Central Women Correctional Institution, and to prevent the prisoners from continuing to commit the drug offence. The sample groups consisted of 300 female prisoners in the Central Women Correctional Institution. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics consisting of one-way ANOVA and Multiple Classification Analysis. According to the research findings, the factor of association with friends most considerably affected the offence, followed by the offence history factor, the self-control factors, and the social bond factors. Family bond significantly affected the drug recidivism at the level of 0.05. As for the research recommendations, related agencies should promote the strength of family institution by beginning with the socialization stemming from parental upbringing. Related agencies should support the educational programs to create the mechanism for preventing children from committing the offence and enable children to be efficient adults according the Self-Control Theory
