Success factors for implementing ERP sap systems in organizations

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the main system for driving businesses and industries that use digital technology as a tool to help them manage. It is a system that is involved with all business processes. To connect the information in management And support decision-making by SAP S / 4 HANA Application Service is a system that has been defined in Thailand in both the public sector, the private sector, in various industries, in which the process of adopting the ERP SAP system in the organization is challenging in different factors. To achieve success in organizational resource management through the process. This research is to study the factors affecting the success of the ERP SAP system in the organization. By studying the SAP Activate Methodology, it was separated into 5 key development phases (SAP implement phrase) and studied the factors affecting development (Critical Success Factors: CSFs) through the Delphi Method process. The impact on the development is classified by phase, namely Project Management, the definition of scope and goals, the accuracy of data and transfer, and stakeholders. Involved in the project team, which provides a guideline for the development of an ERP SAP Implementation Guideline that consists of checklists covering 5 phases of development and 13 factors of success. The overall picture of the experts evaluating the development guideline showed that a "Good" score is 3.98. The results of this research can be beneficial to agencies and organizations that develop ERP SAP systems in the future. To achieve further successful development of the system.

ระบบบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรองค์กร (Enterprise Resource Planning :ERP) เป็นระบบหลักในการขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเป็นเครื่องมือในการช่วยบริหาร จึงเป็นระบบที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนงานในธุรกิจทุกฝ่าย เพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลในการบริหารจัดการ และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ โดย SAP S/4HANA Application Service ก็เป็นระบบที่ได้รับความนิยามในประเทศไทย ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ในอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ซึ่งในกระบวนการนำระบบ ERP SAP มาใช้ในองค์กรนั้นจึงมีความท้าทายในปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่จะให้เกิดการประสบความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรองค์กรได้ผ่านกระบวนการ งานวิจัยนี้จึงศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการนำระบบ ERP SAP มาใช้ในองค์กร โดยดำเนินการศึกษากระบวนการ SAP Activate Methodology โดยแยกออกเป็นระยะในการพัฒนาที่สำคัญ (SAP implement phrase) จำนวน 5 ระยะ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนา (Critical Success Factors : CSFs) ผ่านกระบวนการ Delphi Method โดยปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนาจำแนกตามระยะ คือ การบริหารจัดการโครงการ (Project Management) การกำหนดขอบเขตและเป้าหมาย (Definition of Scope and Goals) ความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและการโอนย้าย (Data Accuracy and Migration) และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโครงการ (Project Team) ซึ่งได้จัดทำเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนา ERP SAP Implementation Guideline ที่ประกอบด้วยรายการตรวจสอบ (Checklists) ครอบคลุม 5 ระยะในการพัฒนา และ 13 ปัจจัยที่ทำให้ประสบความสำเร็จ โดยภาพรวมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ทำการประเมินแนวทางการพัฒนาพบว่า มีความเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับ “ดี” คะแนนอยู่ที่ 3.98 ผลงานจากงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ จึงสามารถก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์กับหน่วยงานและองค์กรที่พัฒนาระบบ ERP SAP ได้ต่อไปในอนาคต เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาระบบได้อย่างประสบความสำเร็จต่อไป
