A design of data model and analytical dashboard for middleware legacy application interfaces monitoring system

Abstract

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations are renowned in larger organizations where SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) is most frequently selected as it helps businesses manage data quickly and accurately. However, the use of ERP software has some limitations; for instance, some systems cannot connect directly. Therefore, the organization has chosen SAP PO (Process Orchestration) as a middleware to act as an intermediary between various systems to enable them to work together. As a result, the storage of all relevant parts of the system becomes more important. Although so many systems and variants run on integration software, accessing or modifying data on an integration software system requires a standardized storage hub to be able to manage them properly and with maximum efficiency. Given these points in this study, the researcher chose to study the connection storage of all systems through SAP PO by creating a form for data storage after the system is put into production. In addition, the researcher can also use the collected data to analyze usage from different perspectives to see the future growth trend of the system in the organization by displaying various dashboards to reflect the functionality of all systems that are working together through the enterprise application integration software. Implication of thematic paper: This research work can effectively utilize the data storage system of the connected system and the dashboard displaying the usage volume of the SAP PO system for efficient application in various units, making the work easier and more efficient.

การใช้งาน ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ถือว่าเป็นที่นิยมอย่างมากสำหรับองค์กรที่มีขนาดใหญ่ซึ่ง SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) ถือว่าเป็นที่นิยมสูงสุดเนื่องจากช่วยจัดการธุรกิจให้สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็วและได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำ แต่การใช้งานจะมีข้อจำกัดบางประการ เช่น บางระบบไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อได้โดยตรง ดังนั้นองค์กรจึงได้เลือกใช้ SAP PO (Process Orchestration) เข้ามาเป็น Middleware ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางเชื่อมโยงระหว่างระบบต่าง ๆ ให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ ทำให้การจัดเก็บข้อมูลในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องของระบบทั้งหมดนั้นมีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก การที่มีระบบจำนวนมากและหลากหลายรูปแบบทำงานอยู่ทำให้การเข้าถึงหรือการแก้ไขข้อมูลบนระบบ จำเป็นต้องมีศูนย์กลางการจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้เป็นรูปแบบมาตรฐาน เพื่อให้สามารถบริหารจัดการได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ในการวิจัยนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงเลือกศึกษาระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อของระบบทั้งหมดที่ผ่าน SAP PO โดยการสร้างแบบฟอร์มสำหรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูลหลังจากนำระบบขึ้นใช้งานจริงแล้ว นอกจากนี้ผู้วิจัยยังสามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์การใช้งานในมุมมองต่าง ๆ เพื่อดูแนวโน้มการขยายตัวในอนาคตของระบบในองค์กรโดยการแสดงแดชบอร์ดในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เพื่อสะท้อนให้เห็นภาพการทำงานร่วมกันของระบบทั้งหมด การนำผลของสารนิพนธ์ไปใช้: งานวิจัยนี้สามารถนำระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อของระบบและแดชบอร์ดแสดงปริมาณการใช้ระบบที่ผ่าน SAP PO ไปใช้กับหน่วยงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทำให้สามารถทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้น
