dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to study the Thai SME exporting. According to our research, the printing industry has been heavily disrupted by many technologies and the changing lifestyle of Thai people which also has been greatly affected to Aekkarnpim Printing Business. Thus, to solve the business problem, we intend to seek for new opportunity in the new potential market. Based on our research methodology, in-depth-interview will be part of our assisting tool to collect the information. Our method will choose SME businesses as our participants which can be classified into 2 categories food industries and non-perishable goods. Regarding toward grounded theory model, we conducted our interview with 18 SME businesses in Bangkok as part of our participants. The results based on our participants revealed a potential growth of exporting industries in Thailand. Middle East region have been claimed to be less affected resulting toward the constant demand and ordering. USA and Europe region has been continuously recovering with the growth of demand and purchasing order and Asia Region has been expected to be recovered soon. The important attributes of exporting product comprise of local customization ability, durability approval, eco-friendly with reasonable price. In addition, a good management in delivery system and good service mind set are considered as an attractive value for exporting customers. For our project financial plan, our start-up cost requirement is predicted to be at 19,885,562.40 Baht (Including capital cost, inventory cost, operating cost and emergency reservation) with the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 40.31% and the payback period of 3 years and 6 months. Considering through many aspects of our investigating, our plan is believed to be a highly successful plan and attractive to be invested.
