การใช้วีดิทัศน์ต้นแบบร่วมกับสถานการณ์จำลองเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการในเด็กที่มีภาวะออทิซึม

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้วีดิทัศน์ต้นแบบร่วมกับสถานการณ์จำลองเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการในเด็กที่มีภาวะออทิซึมอายุ 6 ปี เพศชาย จำนวน 1 คน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยกรณีศึกษากรณีเดี่ยวแบบ ABAB การเก็บข้อมูลในระยะเส้นฐาน (A) และการใช้วีดิทัศน์ต้นแบบร่วมกับสถานการณ์จำลอง (B) จำนวนทั้งหมด 16 ครั้ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) แบบคัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยและประเมินทักษะพื้นฐาน (2) แบบสัมภาษณ์สำหรับผู้ปกครอง (3) แบบประเมินทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการ และ (4) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์กราฟ และวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษาเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าในระยะเส้นฐาน (A1) มีคะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการเฉลี่ย 3.41 คะแนน ต่อมาระยะที่มีการใช้วีดิทัศน์ต้นแบบร่วมกับสถานการณ์จำลอง (B1) คะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการเพิ่มขึ้นโดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.91 หลังจากนั้นระยะเส้นฐาน (A2) คะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการลดลงเล็กน้อยโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.72 คะแนน และระยะที่มีการใช้วีดิทัศน์ต้นแบบร่วมกับสถานการณ์จำลอง (B2) มีคะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการเพิ่มขึ้นโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.28 คะแนน สรุปได้ว่าวีดิทัศน์ต้นแบบร่วมกับสถานการณ์จำลองสามารถช่วยส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารบอกความต้องการในเด็กที่มีภาวะออทิซึมได้

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of video modeling along with simulation to increase communicative requesting skill in a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) of a child 6-year-old. This study employed a single case study in ABAB. The experimental sessions consisted of baseline conditions communication skills (A), and video modeling accompanied with simulation method (B). Research instruments employed in this study included (1) inclusion selection and assessing related skills, (2) a semi-instructed interviews with 1 parent, (3) an assessment on communicative requesting skills, and (4) an assessment on describing communicative requesting skills. The findings were presented using visual inspection and described each time. The results showed that the baseline phase (A1) inductive coding average score of communicative requesting skill was 3.41; the treatment phase used video modeling along with the simulation (B1), and the average score of communicative requesting skill increased was 3.91. In the withdrawn phase, the baseline phase (A2) had communicative requesting skill score decrease of 3.72; the second treatment phase used video modeling along with the simulation (B2), and the average score of communicative requesting skill increased was 4.28. These results indicated communicative requesting skill of a child increased after using the video modeling along with the simulation.
