ความคิดอัตโนมัติในวัยรุ่นชายที่ดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาแบบแผนการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อมในวัยรุ่นชาย (2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ รายได้ ประสบการณ์การใช้สารเสพติด (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคิดอัตโนมัติกับการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อมในวัยรุ่นชาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เสพพืชกระท่อมที่มารักษาฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพในโรงพยาบาลท่าชนะ จังหวัดสุราษฏร์ธานี ปี 2556-2557 จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล, แบบประเมินความคิดอัตโนมัติ, แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อม และ แบบคัดกรอง ASSIST วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของ สเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัย (1) ส่วนใหญ่แค่ลองดื่ม ปัจจุบันไม่ดื่ม, ดื่มครั้งแรกอายุ 12-14 ปี, ดื่ม 1-2 ครั้งต่อวัน ครั้งละ 1-2 แก้ว ใช้ใบกระท่อม 1-5ใบ และ ผสมยาแก้ไอ (2) รายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับปริมาณการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อมในระดับ r = 0.226 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความถี่ในการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อมในระดับ r = 0.182 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05, ประสบการณ์การใช้สารเสพติดไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปริมาณและความถี่ในการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อม (3) ความคิดอัตโนมัติมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับปริมาณการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อมในระดับ r = 0.176 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 แต่ความคิดอัตโนมัติไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความถี่ในการดื่มน้ำใบกระท่อม

The objectives of this research were to study the Kratom drinking pattern among male adolescents, to study the correlation between the factors involved, (income and experiences of addictive substance use) in Kratom drinking among male adolescents, and to study the correlation between the automatic thoughts and the Kratom drinking among male adolescents. One hundred and twenty - seven male adolescents (N=127) who were being treated and rehabilitated in Tha Chana Hospital in Suratthani province from 2013 - 2014 were used as the sample. This research used questionnaires with a part of the demographic data, automatic thought questionnaire, behavior Kratom drinking and ASSIST. Data was analyzed by Descriptive and Spearman rank correlation coefficient statistics. The result showed that a group of male who almost tried drinking Kratom and quit was age about 12 to 14 years old and average drinking was 1-2 times a day and 1-2 cups a day. They is normally used 1 to 5 Kratom leaves mixed with antitussive drugs and that income had a significantly positive correlation with the quantity of Kratom drinking (r = 0.226, p<0.05). However, income has a significantly positive correlation with the frequency of Kratom drinking (r = 0.182, p<0.05). Experience of drug addiction had no correlation with quantity and frequency of Kratom drinking. Automatic thought had a significantly positive correlation with quantity of Kratom drinking (r = 0.176, p<0.05). Meanwhile, automatic thought had no correlation with frequency of Kratom drinking.
