การเล่านิทานเป็นฐานเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมในเด็กปฐมวัยที่ศึกษาอยู่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัดระนอง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมของเด็กปฐมวัย ก่อนและหลังการเล่านิทาน เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมและวิธีการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมของเด็กปฐมวัยในระยะยาว โดยผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาจากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ได้รับการอนุเคราะห์จากสำนักเลขาธิการสภาการศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ซึ่งข้อมูลการวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่มทดสอบก่อน -หลังการทดลอง และข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็กปฐมวัยที่ศึกษาอยู่ชั้นอนุบาลของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัดระนอง จำนวน 69 คน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์แบบ Dependent Sample t−test และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ในส่วนของข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลจากการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ พบว่า 1) คะแนนพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังการทดลองเพิ่มขึ้นสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 โดยพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองทั้ง 3 ด้าน ซึ่งด้านการรู้จักควบคุมตนเอง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านความเมตตากรุณา และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการรู้จักพึ่งพาตนเอง 2) ปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมของเด็กปฐมวัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางสภาพแวดล้อม 3) วิธีการที่ครูและผู้ปกครองใช้ในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมของเด็กปฐมวัยในระยะยาวมี 5 วิธี ได้แก่ การตั้งคำถามเพื่อกระตุ้นการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก การให้รางวัลและการลงโทษ การสอนโดยเน้นย้ำสิ่งนั้นอย่างสม่ำเสมอ การปฏิบัติตัวเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับเด็ก การกำหนดข้อตกลงร่วมกัน ข้อมูลข้างต้นมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า หน่วยงานทางการศึกษา ครอบครัว และครู ควรดูแลเอาใส่ใจและสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้โดยนำนิทานที่สอดแทรกจริยธรรมมาเล่าให้เด็กฟังเป็นประจำ เพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นความรู้สึก กระบวนการคิด การอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่น และเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมให้กับเด็กในระยะยาว

The purposes of this research were to compare moral behaviors of early childhood by storytelling using pretest and post-test and study its influencing effects to moral behaviors and explore how to promote moral behaviors of early childhood continually. The researcher used the secondary data provided by the Office of the Education Council, Ministry of Education to study based on one group pretest-posttest design and used in-depth interview to explain the results of storytelling to promote moral behaviors. The samples were 69 early childhood who study in child development centers in Ranong province. Descriptive statistics and Dependent Sample T-test were used in analyzing and comparing quantitative data, whereas Content Analysis was used in analyzing qualitative data. The results from the pre-experimental research revealed that 1) the post-test moral behavior scores were higher than the pretest in all 3 categories (p < .001): self‒control scores increased the most, followed by kindness and self-reliance, respectively; 2) other influencing effects to moral behaviors consisted of individual and environment factors and; 3) the teacher and guardian promoted moral behaviors by raising questions to arouse learning in children; reward and punishment; teaching by consistent repetition; good modelling for children and setting up the joint agreement. The findings of the study suggested that Educational agencies, families and educators who teach in child development program should foster and create relaxing atmosphere by using story based teaching method on good moral behaviors constantly for encouraging sentiment, thinking processes, coexistence with others and promoting moral behaviors continuously.
