พฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (Covid-19) ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เขตเทศบาลเมืองราชบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี

Abstract

สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ส่งผลให้พบผู้ติดเชื้อและผู้เสียชีวิตเป็นจำนวนมาก ปัจจัยสำคัญในการควบคุมโรคคือ การป้องกันและควบคุมการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานการณ์โควิด 19 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาพตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริมกับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ประชากร คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เขตเทศบาลเมืองราชบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 107 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการตอบแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง ประยุกต์จากกรอบแนวคิด PRECEDE การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและเชิงอนุมาน กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติน้อยกว่า 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อสม. มีพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (COVID-19) อยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 62.6 และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (COVID-19) ได้แก่ การฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด-19, การเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (COVID-19) และ การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (COVID-19) อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) การนำผลของสารนิพนธ์ไปใช้: หน่วยงานที่กำกับดูแลการทำงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านควรได้นำผลการวิจัยไปประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนนโยบายและส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของ อสม. ในการเฝ้าระวัง ควบคุม และป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดโควิด-19 ในแต่ละพื้นที่ได้อย่างเหมาะสม

The epidemic situation of the Coronavirus-2019 disease (COVID-19) has resulted in the number of infections and the mortality has increased in Thailand. The key factors in disease control are prevention and the control of village public-health volunteers (VHV), in duties, during the COVID-19 situation. The aim of this study was to study the infection prevention behaviors and the relationship between the leading (predisposing), facilitating (enabling), and supplementaring (reinforcing) factors and the preventive behaviors from the Coronavirus-2019. The population is 107 village public-health volunteers living in Ratchaburi Municipality, Ratchaburi province. The data were collected by the self-answering questionnaire applied from the PRECEDE conceptual framework. The data analysis relied on descriptive and inferential statistics, setting a statistical significance of less than 0.05. The study results show that the village public-health volunteers have a good level of preventive behavior against the COVID-19 (62.6%) and the factors related to the preventive behavior against the Coronavirus-2019 (COVID-19) are training on the COVID-19 prevention, access to the COVID-19 protective equipment , and information about the COVID-19 infection is at a statistically significant level of (p<0.05). IMPLICATION OF THE THEMATIC PAPER: The agencies that supervise the works of the village public-health volunteers should apply the research results to be as the guideline in planning policies and the promoting the duties of the VHV in surveillance, thus controlling and preventing the spread of the COVID-19 in each area appropriately.
