เรื่องวิจัยปัจจัยของการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของกิจการธุรกิจดนตรีที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยในหมวดธุรกิจสื่อและสิ่งพิมพ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยของการกำกับกิจการที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานของกิจการธุรกิจดนตรีที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยในหมวดธุรกิจสื่อและสิ่งพิมพ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลจากแหล่งข้อมูลทุติยูมิ ได้แก่ข้อมูลจากสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกิจการ ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่ได้มาจากฐานข้อมูลของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และรายงานผลการสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในปี พ.ศ. 2560 การวิจัยนี้ใช้ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ นำมาวิเคราะห์สมการในแบบจำลองที่ผู้วิจัยได้มีการกำหนดสมการและสมมติฐานเอาไว้ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ขนาดของคณะกรรมการ, จำนวนครั้งของการประชุมคณะกรรมการใน 1 ปี และผลการประเมินการกำกับกิจการ เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของกิจการ หมายถึง ขนาดของคณะกรรมการที่ใหญ่จะส่งผลกระทบทางลบต่อผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัท, บริษัทควรมีการจัดการประชุมอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้กิจการให้มีผลการดำเนินงานในทางบวก และบริษัทควรมีการนำหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีมาใช้ในการดำเนินงานของกิจการด้วย
The objectives of this study was to investigate the factors affecting firm performance in the media industry. The data gathered were secondary data from electronic media about the operation of the business. The information was derived from the Stock Exchange of Thailand's database and the results of the corporate governance survey of listed companies in the year 2017. Multiple Linear Regression was used to analyze the data. The study indicated that the size of the committee, the number of committee meetings in a year, and the results of the corporate governance assessment were the factors affecting the firm performance. It is recommended that companies should hold meetings regularly to ensure positive business results, and the company should adopt good corporate governance principles in its operations.
