การสื่อความหมายในนิทรรศการบทสนทนาในความมืด

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการสื่อความหมายในนิทรรศการบทสนทนาในความมืด และ ศึกษากระบวนการรับรู้ของผู้ชม เพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการสื่อความหมายของนิทรรศการและการทำ ความเข้าใจเนื้อหาในนิทรรศการของผู้ชม รวมถึงทัศนคติและความพอใจที่ผู้ชมมีต่อนิทรรศการ โดยกำหนดกลุ่มเป้ าหมายศึกษาที่อยู่ในช่วงอายุเดียวกันคือ 20-30 ปี จำนวน 16 คน ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ ในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย และเป็นผู้ที่มีความสนใจปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคม มีความพร้อมในการแสดง ความคิดเห็น ในการวิจัย แบ่งผู้ชมทั้งหมดออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 8 คน เพื่อเข้าชมนิทรรศการตาม เกณฑ์นิทรรศการที่กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งผู้ชมทั้งหมด 16 คน จะเข้าชมนิทรรศการที่มืดสนิทโดยมีผู้นำชม พาชมนิทรรศการทั้งหมด 7 ห้องซึ่งเป็นสถานการณ์จำลองการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันทั่วไปในระยะเวลา ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง หลังจากชมนิทรรศการจนจบ ผู้วิจัยจัดการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบสนทนากลุ่มใน ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ ทัศนคติและความพอใจที่ผู้ชมได้รับหลังจากชมนิทรรศการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้เข้าชมนิทรรศการทั้ง 16 คน มีความเข้าใจในสิ่งที่นิทรรศการ ต้องการนำเสนอ คือ นิทรรศการต้องการให้ผู้เข้าชมได้เรียนรู้การดำเนินชีวิตของคนตาบอดที่ดำเนิน ชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับคนทั่วไปในสังคม ถึงแม้ว่าจะสูญเสียการมองเห็นแต่พวกเขามีความสามารถในการใช้ประสาทสัมผัสส่วนอื่นทดแทนและการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างคนตาบอดและคนตาดี ในนิทรรศการมีส่วนทำให้ผู้ชมปรับเปลี่ยนทัศนคติและความรู้สึกที่มีต่อคนตาบอดในทางที่ดีขึ้น

This research aimed to study about the interpretative system of Dialogue in the Dark exhibition and to examine the perception of the visitors. The researcher analyzed the interpretative process and understanding of the visitors including their attitudes and satisfaction towards the exhibition. The participants were 16 university students who were in the same age range between 20-30 years old. They were also interested in social phenomena and willing to give comments. The participants were divided into 2 groups of 8 people to visit the exhibition according to the set criteria. All of the participants visited the exhibition which was presented in the dark. The guides took the visitors to 7 rooms which were set into daily life situation. It took about 1 hour. After the end of visiting the exhibition, the researcher took in-depth interview group discussion about the perception, attitudes, and satisfaction of the visitors after the exhibition. From the result, it was found that all of the 16 visitors understood the exhibition presentation. The purpose of the exhibition was to make the visitors learn about lifestyle of the blind who were living in a society. Although they lost their vision, they used their other senses instead. Exchanging ideas between abled and disabled people in the exhibition made good attitudes and feelings of the visitors towards the blind.
