Abstract
The objective of this thesis was to develop the prototype of a disbursement database in Rajamangala Institute of technology Bangkok Technical Campus for retrieving and recording information of teachers, students, subjects, timetables, dates of absence, holidays. The database design followed the relational model and database management is Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0 is used for an application interface. The system developed three main function : opening files, querying and reporting. System security is managed by database administrator(DBA). The users of system were satisfied as they were able to support all objectives of this project
