Since 1983, Sea Breeze Jomtien Resort has been built and opened to accommodate the travelers who travel to the Jomtien beach area, Pattaya City, Thailand. The facilities and services of Sea Breeze were developing along with the expansion of Pattaya City since then. However, it was more than 10 years since the last renovation, and the structure and building system is not in good condition anymore. The renovation plan developed based on the current structure situation and the forecast. In addition, the market environment for both internal and external of the resort analyzed as well as the upcoming trends of the hospitality and tourism in the next 5-10 years. All the analyzed data used to create the direction and concept of this renovation plan, including the property design, the structure maintenance, the type of services and also the budget or financial projection of this renovation plan. The timeline of this plan is not based on the hotel preparation alone, but also with the market situation and the forecast is taken into account to make sure Sea Breeze will be competitive and fit to the market after the renovation.
