Materials and Methods 2.1. Isolation and cell culture of PDL cells The cell isolation protocol was approved by the ethics committee for human research (HRBC-DCU 2018-093). Ethics approval and consent to participate The human PDL cell isolation protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University (HRBC-DCU 2018-093). The correct ethical approval number is HREC-DCU 2018-093. The authors submitted the original ethical approval document and the publisher verified it.
