Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะทางประชากรของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่มีการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์และศึกษาสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวของผู้สูงอายุที่มีการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างอาศัยหลักความน่าจะเป็น โดยการสร้างแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ จำนวน 380 ราย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุตัวอย่างมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งเป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 60-64 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีสถานภาพสมรส และใช้งานด้วยโทรศัพท์มือถือมีรูปแบบสื่อสารโทรคุยแบบเห็นหน้า เมื่อพิจารณาสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวแยกรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่มีความสัมพันธ์เพิ่มมากที่สุด และด้านการพูดคุยเพิ่มน้อยที่สุด และในขณะเดียวกันหลังใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวเพิ่มขึ้นทุกด้าน ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ตัวแปรเพศ และตัวแปรรูปแบบของการติดต่อสื่อสาร มีอิทธิพลต่อสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ พบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวของผู้สูงอายุจะเพิ่มขึ้นหากเป็นผู้หญิง นอกจากนี้ ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวจะเป็นไปในเชิงลบ หากผู้สูงอายุติดต่อครอบครัวผ่านเสียงเท่านั้น โดยเสนอแนะว่า แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ช่วยให้ความสัมพันธ์ดีขึ้น ภาครัฐควรสนับสนุนการเข้าถึงสื่อออนไลน์ในผู้สูงอายุ
The objectives of this study were to (1) study the demographic characteristics of the older persons and (2) study family relationship of older persons using Line application in Bangkok. Quantitative research was carried out using a probability sampling technique, and a questionnaire was employed with 380 older persons in Bangkok who are using Line application. The data were analysed using T-test and multiple regression. The results showed that more than half of the samples were female, aged between 60-64 years old, married, and used both mobile phones and face-to face communication. Considering family relationships, it was found that roles and responsibilities had the greatest increase in relationship and the least increase in talking after Line application, while family relationships increased in every aspect. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that gender and communication style influenced family relationships through Line application significantly. It was indicated that the relationship of older persons in a family would be increased if they were female. In addition, family relationships would be negative if older persons contacted their family via voice only. Based on the finding of this study, it is suggested that Line application improves relationships; therefore, the government should support access to online media among older persons.
