ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในเยาวชนที่ใช้แอมเฟตามีน

Abstract

พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศเป็นปัญหาที่ทวีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นในเยาวชนที่ใช้แอมเฟตามีน การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในเยาวชนที่ใช้แอมเฟตามีน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเยาวชนชาย (ร้อยละ 41.8) และหญิง (ร้อยละ 58.2) อายุ 18-24 ปี จำนวน 98 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และหาอำนาจการทำนายโดยวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าเยาวชนส่วนใหญ่ใช้สารเสพติดตั้งแต่ 2 ตัวขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 76.5) และทุกคนมีประสบการณ์การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ (ร้อยละ 100) อายุเฉลี่ยที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรกอยู่ที่ 14.9 ปี (SD = 1.9) ปัจจัยที่พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในเยาวชนที่ใช้แอมเฟตามีนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน (r = 0.233, p < .05) ส่วนปัจจัยการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการติดโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ เอชไอวี/เอดส์ และการตั้งครรภ์ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองทางเพศ พบว่ามี ความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในระดับต่ำอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อนเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่ทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในเยาวชนที่ใช้แอมเฟตามีนได้ และอธิบายความผันแปรของพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศได้ร้อยละ 5.4 (F(1,96) = 5.53, p < .05, R2 = 0.054) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรหากลยุทธ์ที่จะช่วยให้เยาวชนตระหนักในโอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการติดโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ เอชไอวี/เอดส์ และการตั้งครรภ์ เพิ่มความเข้าใจผลของการใช้สารเสพติดที่มีต่อการขาดการยับยั้งชั่งใจทางเพศ และเพิ่มทักษะการปฎิเสธต่อการกดดันของเพื่อน รวมถึงการไม่คล้อยตามบรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มต่อการมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ

Risky sexual behaviors a critical problem among youth with amphetamine use. The purposes of this study were to examine factors influencing sexual risk behaviors among youth with amphetamine use. Participants were 98 youth with amphetamine use both male (41.8%) and female (58.2%) ages between 18-24 years old. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire. Pearson's product moment correlation and multiple regressions were used for data analysis. The results indicated that the majority of participants used substances more than 2 types (76.5%) and all of them reported having sexual intercourse (100%). The average age of first intercourse was 14.9 years old (SD=1.9). The factor that was found to be significantly correlated with risky sexual behavior was peer influences (r = 0.233, p < .05). Perceived susceptibility to STD/HIV/AIDS and pregnancy and sexual self-efficacy were not found to be significantly correlated with risky sexual behaviors. Peer influences was the only factor to predict sexual risk behavior and could explain variance in the value of risky sexual behaviors for 5.5% (F(1,96) = 5.53, p < .05, R2 = 0.054) Recommendations are to increase awareness of youth to susceptibility to STD/HIV/AIDS if practicing sexual risk behaviors and to help youth to understand the effect of substance use to lower sexual inhibition. Besides, increase in refusal skills to peer pressure and not cooperating with peers' norms to risky sexual practice are crucial.
