Abstract

The authors regret that there was an error in the original published text of this paper. In the second sentence of the study design and setting section, the certification of approval number (COA no.) should be “393/2015” instead of “003460”. That is, the study protocol was approved by the Siriraj Institutional Review Board (SIRB) of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand (COA no. 393/2015). The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
